After spending a couple of months unable to put weight on my foot, I began Physical Therapy with the challenge of essentially learning how to walk again. I started at Professional PT in Haverhill in June and began working with Zach and the amazing staff there. I have since transferred to the brand-new Rowley location so I could continue my care under Zach, and I couldn't be happier with that decision. The Rowley office is beautiful, brand new, and equipped with the most up-to-date equipment for physical therapy. But what truly stands out is the people. Everyone I have worked with at Professional PT has been absolutely amazing, positive, supportive, and dedicated to providing the best possible care. Recovering from an ankle injury like this has been challenging, and I've had some anxiety about trusting my ankle and using it normally again. Zach and the entire team have been incredibly patient and encouraging, helping me build my strength and confidence every step of the way. They have also maintained consistent communication with my doctor's office to make sure that every step of my therapy was safe, appropriate, and effective for my specific situation. Although I was pleased with the outcome from the other therapist, there was no comparison with the Julia's process, and results that I obtained from Julia. In reflecting back on my progress, it is now very obvious that she had built a recovery strategy for me since day one. There has been a constant progression of various exercises that she has adapted to my improving condition. In addition to the treatments, her explanation of what and why we are doing things has been spot on. I really appreciate her combination of technical expertise and practical application throughout my recovery process. Overall, an extremely positive experience. After 2 months, I had full range of motion and now, after three months, I have the go ahead to get back to a regular work out routine. I was hit by a car, and they placed me on self pay, I then hired a lawyer and found out that were required to take insurance, yet..... here we are are, they are still insisting on cash. If you want people who believe in the hypocrite oath, these are your people, if you want real therapy, I suggest Youtube videos, chiropractors, and a trainer at the gym.
