I have been suffering from a chronic pinched nerve and lower back pain for years now and meeting with knowledgeable staff who helped me identify problem areas really helped me stop putting off the necessary care I needed. DJ from Soul Physical Therapy was knowledgeable and friendly and gave me their information. Fast forward to today - I've gone a couple times and am seeing improvement. They've walked me through exercises to help strengthen and alleviate pain in these problem areas and have been great throughout the process! Also - side note: The receptionist was so friendly and kind on the phone and after having met her, you instantly want to be her friend. She's great! Today I worked with Jenna who I found to be so knowledgeable and amazing overall. I have sessions in the upcoming weeks and look forward to continuing my path to "healing" a lot of my chronic pain.

Went to Orthowell for PT after a right foot injury. The types of therapy Chris used really helped…read moreto loosen the muscles in my calf that were affecting my foot and the tendons. The laser helped with tendonitis and the touch of plantar fasciitis that affected me. I still use the simple devices that the practice keeps on hand to sell to patients: a roller for muscles, Thera-bands, and a wedge to stretch achilles. I was taught that stretching is the most important thing to do on a regular, if not daily, basis to avoid injuries. Last, but definitely not the least, Chris made me orthotics that actually work for me. My long relationship with orthotics has been rocky, at best. I have been wearing the one's Chris made since June of 2016 and they are the most successful I have had in a long time. High scores for Chris and Matt who assisted me with much of my therapy. Joe Bernardo worked miracles on a shoulder with 2 rotator cuff tears and a ruptured bicep tendon. I opted not to have surgery, which I understood was not always successful and spent 4 months in PT with Joe. The treatment plan was always specific to my current range of motion, pain level and the activity level I wanted to achieve. We diligently worked through all of the functionality. I cannot say enough about how responsive and respectful Joe was at every session and I am over the moon with the result. Wanting to go to my appointment prepared, I brought Kayce to help me understand what all my issues and options were. Kayce helped me understand everything I had wrong and even advocated for me to get a more functional knee brace since I was going to be in it for the long run. Fast forward a month and COVID-19 hit, preventing me from participating in onsite pre-hab. Kayce ended up coming to my house regularly and treating my knee in my garage where we could leave the garage doors open for proper airflow while both armed with PPE. This allowed me to receive imperative treatment in a time I otherwise couldn't have. Post surgery, Kayce came to my rescue yet again. My bandages were wrapped so tight that I lost all the feeling in my foot. Kayce came over at the drop of a dime to rewrap my leg and inspect my incisions. Kayce possesses a vast knowledge of physical therapy techniques that has allowed me to successfully commence my healing journey during these unprecedented times.
