I spent the money to have a private instructor for a limited time in order to increase my strength for the test at the Ambulance Co. My instructor told me she was quitting her job. I felt I had made enough progress to pass my test. She told me she would notify the office that I was thru and did not want any further sessions. The charges continued on my wife's credit card for months without he noticing. When she did notice it I called ELITE Health and Fitness and they said they would look into it. I eventually I spot to the owner and he apologized and told me he would straighten this out. When he eventually returned my calls he offered me some free lessons to make up for it. I told him from the start that I wanted a refund not a credit. I NEVER RECIEVED ONE CENT OF OUR MONEY BACK THAT WAS DUE FOR SERVICES NEVER HAD OR ORDERED. I TRIED NUMEROUS TIMES AND GOT NOTHING REFUNDED. ELITE HEALTH and FITNESS TOOK MY STOLE OUR MONEY AND NEVER MADE THIS RIGHT. The own assured me he would take care and give my my refund and stopped taking my calls and ghosted me. This was in excess of $1,000

So I'm back for these people to work their magic on me once again. It's going to be hard to find a little gain but I know it has to happen. Laura is extremely talented, knowledgeable - she knew exactly what was going on when she first saw me. Based on her experience and expertise her assessment for a biweekly visit for 6-weeks worked perfectly for me. I saw Mike on most of my appointments during the course of 6 weeks. Mike is excellent, very knowledgeable, and helped me with all the exercises a huge deal. The friendly conversations helped me go through some very basic exercises very quickly. The facility is meticulously clean, appointments are on time. I always received a reminder text the previous day for the appointments. The ATI app also helped with exercises at home. Kudos to ATI, I am so much better and able to go about my life while knowing how to handle soreness and pain should they creep up again. Highly recommend ATI.

Laura, in my view, is unprofessional. She is loud and thinks she is funny. She was not amusing to me. The manner in which she spoke to a new therapist in training was rude. She spoke to her harshly several times while standing next to me. I have trained numerous nurses over the years and never treated another nurse the way Laura treated Ashley. I have a work related back injury. I only went for the initial visit and had enough. I going someplace else. I have body image issues as I am overweight right now. I didn't need to hear that I have a "neck like a turtle". "I have a flat butt and flat shoulders". "I have a degenerative disc disease body". Hearing these comments from Laura at the start of my appointment just stunned me so much. It was difficult to get past psychologically. Then having pay attention to her abrupt instructions on exercises was stressful. After explaining each exercise she would tell me how many to do and just walk away to do something else with someone else. I didn't know if I was performing the exercise correctly. Shouldn't a PT make sure you are doing things correctly? Of course. I also felt the "chicken wing" song was childish (another therapist playing a bongo while she sang to me). I will never go back again and won't refer anyone I know to go there. I think Laura needs some feedback as the other therapist working at ATI that day seemed professional.

Provided by insurance my 11 month old child has formula delivered on the first tuesday of every…read moremonth. This morning (the first tuesday of June) I received a text on the normal day of delivery that I would receive the formula in 1-5 days from a third party delivery company. I called Collins Surgical the first time at 11am and requested more information as I do not have any more formula, they stated it'll be there at "some point" in the 5 days, I explained that was an unacceptable answer without any prior notice to give me a chance to prepare ahead of time. She transferred me to another person who did not answer and the call disconnected. I called back for a second time and was placed on. hold immediately then the phone was picked up and I was told by Mindi that no one was available to help me and they'd call back. I called back for the third time three hours later stating no one has called back which they transferred me to a male manager who stated there was nothing he could do about it mass health has a problem with them for not getting signatures so it's out of his hands he said he would transfer me to someone and hung up. I called back for a fourth time and spoke to another manager who stated I could drive there as long as I got there before they closed which was not possible. I explained the lack of communication is a problem and he stated they did not tell anyone because they did not want to alert their private drivers that they were laid off, I said this is ridiculous my child had to suffer so that they didn't find out they were going to be out of jobs and I asked what if it was oxygen I got delivered would they say you'll be able to breathe again in 1-5 days and he laughed and said well yup that's the answer. This company is unprofessional and has lack of HUMAN basic needs of their customers for their own financial gain.

After several months I noticed I had diminishing returns on time spent and still had nagging problems participating in my sport at full capacity. It was a breath of fresh air to receive treatment from somebody who looks at the whole person and their goals instead of simply bringing them to minimum comfort level and being pain free through avoidance. She customized my plan to my goals and kept me active in my sport during the treatment period. She also helped me address muscular and flexibility imbalances that likely caused the injury in the first place.
