He briefly explained what he would be doing and told me it would take about an hour. Shortly after 3 PM the work was complete. Joseph made sure there was no broken glass both in the vehicle and on the ground. In my opinion, being 73, Joseph and Villages Auto Glass is OLD SCHOOL Customer Service. In these times that is a HUGE compliment. Villages Auto glass also saved me over $250 on what Safelite wanted to charge me for the same service.

I called this company and the technician on the phone was very helpful in getting the appointment scheduled and working things out on the same call with my insurance company. This really made it simple for me and it is a great service. The technician came out the next morning on time, after calling me a half hour before to let me know when he would arrive. He had the old windshield out and the new one in in about one hour of time. He did a great job and did not damage my car at all, and left it clean. My new windshield looks great, does not leak and, surprisingly, was not any hassle at all. While this company is called Glass Doctor, it is all also known as Harmon Auto Glass. Anyway, I have had a stream of bad luck with my windshield in the past few months. I first cracked it when a small rock hit my windshield and SafeLite came to fix it the first time around. THEN fast forward a few months later to this week and a HUGE rock hit my windshield on the highway and cracked it from top to bottom. Obviously I had to get it replaced. I called Wilberto and he responded right away! I was able to get my windshield replaced in TWO DAYS. That's insane!! Safe Lite didn't have an opening for two weeks and I had to drive to Tampa this weekend and needed help ASAP. I'm so glad I found Wilberto because WL Auto Glass is so close to me with fantastic service! They do offer coming to your house, but since I live in an apartment complex I had to drop my car off. For my car to recalibrate my windshield sensors you need like 50 feet of space which obviously a complex doesn't have. I dropped it off and it was done in less than 2 hours. I am extremely pleased. My old windshield had tint and Wilberto doesn't do it, but he referred me to a place nearby as well and provided instructions to me not to wash my windshield or remove the stickers for the next 24 hours. God forbid if my windshield ever gets cracked again I know who to call!!

I can say that no matter how hard a stare at car and look at different angles it looks good. The only minor critiques are that they send you a link to an app to check status of car, but no one updates it so it is not helpful. My car was delayed for a few days and over the week, but I was able to work around it because I work from home and use ride share services. I wasn't thrilled the last day as they called me in the am to say that the car was ready and being detailed. I waited all day and no call. Finally at 4:00 I just headed over as I was running out of time to Uber there. It took them a while to get the paperwork and key found, but the car was out front ready to go. The minor inconveniences aside, the people were great, the repair looks great and I would go back again, but hope I don't need to.
