Went in with a broken AC, it was working and unfortunately stopped working again. I called Mr. Mark same day and he told me come back the next morning and took the time to figure out my compressor went bad (even though I had just replaced it). Told me to get the warranty one and bring it in to replace it. Very nice workers, explained everything and every step to me. Worked through every problem to find the base line issue. Took our 20-yr old Chevy Van to Sunrise, with misfiring problems and engine light on. Its a family handicap vehicle that our mom drives to pick up 6 grandkids on a regular basis. Mark the owner said: we got this - Chevys are our specialty ... Said they even called Chevy dealer to get tips on the problem. After 2 visits and $1100, it ran no better than before we took her in. Our cars AC wasn't working. I gave Mark a call on a Tuesday and he said to drop it off the next day and he would look at it. I dropped it off a little after 8:00AM on Wednesday and said that I would need the car by a certain time. Mark assured me this wouldn't be an issue. My boyfriends family has being going to Sunrise for years, so I decided to give it a swing. I'm always weary of auto shops, especially one with no reviews. But they gave me the best quote around, so really I didn't have much to lose. I assumed both front wheel bearings needed replaced, however when we arrived to pick the vehicle up and pay, we were told only one needed to be done, the other should last at least a year or so. So he saved us over $100. That's enough to prove to me that they aren't out to scam us. Couldn't be more thrilled that I found this shop. Mark was so kind and helpful.
