I bought a GE dishwasher from them and,unfortunately, when the bottom rack is pulled out from the center, the door blocks the rack. I have to lift the rack up and over the door, which often makes the dishes crash against each other. I have owned many dishwashers, as well as loaded other dishwashers hundreds of times; I have never had this problem before. A technician said nothing could be done about it--and I did not want to pay a restocking fee for an appliance which is faulty. Just be sure and check the dishwasher before you buy it.

They solved a problem for me. The units I got wouldn't fit up the stairs. It was a combo washer dryer unit. I knew there might be an issue when I set up the order and delivery, and discussed that with Sandy. She assured me the delivery guys were excellent and would sort it out. They checked the various dimensions and saw it wouldn't work. I drove down to the showroom to see what could be done. They gave me a different stackable set that could make the stairs. Best part- they were still within the original delivery window. Seriously. They did all this today and STILL GOT IT DONE DURING THE SCHEDULED TIME! Shop local! Great staff, great experience.

We came here after a horrendous experience trying to buy appliances from Lowes…read more Staff was well adapted to dealing with Covid but, more important, extremely helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in our needs. We were selling an older house and needed to get in new appliances quickly. They helped in picking our the right units that could be delivered on our tight time schedule. Learned one item we tried to order from Lowes was on 6 month back order; another was a discontinued item!! In any event, they handled our needs and committed to delivery within 2 weeks except for one item (which ended up arriving in just 17 days.) Communicated with us every step of the way; coordinated with our installer well and more. Highly recommend them; service was top rate and prices were within 3% of Lowes prices. Next time we need applicances won't go anywhere else.
