This time they replaced our electronic front door lock with one that we had purchased. In both cases they.(Jeremy and Hunter) demonstrated they are very skilled at their trade, working very efficiently and getting the job done quickly. In the last visit, Hunter made sure that we were able to make necessary future adjustments to the Lock such as how to change the combination, etc. they probably deserve a five star rating, but I typically don't give five stars, but will gladly recommend them to anyone who ask.

The first thing of note was how good Patrick's quote was when he sent it to me. His pricing was fair, and his detail and thorough approach to making a proposal were top notch. Everything was in it...including diagrams and photos. He does a complete breakdown of labor and hardware costs so you can tell what you are getting for your money. If, like me, you are providing the cameras or NVR, he helps you understand where your part ends and his begins. He also was very quick to get back to me and keep in contact as I was making my decision between him an other vendors. In the end, obviously I went with Patrick...and his price was not the lowest in fact. His professionalism was what tilted me in his direction. We made a few adjustments to the proposal so by the time he came in, there were almost no details left to work out. That is always a good sign. I'm very glad I made that decision. He was able to place the mount onto the wall with no issue, however as he was about to mount the TV, it slipped from his hands and fell to the floor and shattered. We plugged the TV in and it no longer works because it's so damaged. There are glass shards everywhere and on top of that he caused damage to my apartment as well. There are pieces of TV lodged onto the wall that I can't get out. I had indicated on the form that I cannot help to lift the TV. I am not capable of lifting something this heavy. However you guys did not read the form and you sent only one person to do this job!! And clearly he wasn't able to do the job because the TV fell because apparently it was too heavy for him and my TV got damaged. My TV no longer works! This is so unacceptable, he didn't even apologize. He instead tried to blame it on me. I had told him that my TV was mounted at my last apartment for 5 years. This is 1,000% his fault.
