Faced with being without TV for 1 1/2 weeks I called COOK'S TV and Jen answered, consulted with service man, James, and immediately sugested resetting the Direct TV control box. This time they replaced our electronic front door lock with one that we had purchased. In both cases they.(Jeremy and Hunter) demonstrated they are very skilled at their trade, working very efficiently and getting the job done quickly. In the last visit, Hunter made sure that we were able to make necessary future adjustments to the Lock such as how to change the combination, etc. they probably deserve a five star rating, but I typically don't give five stars, but will gladly recommend them to anyone who ask.
