I was dismissed and was waiting on their response to see if I was approved for almost 2 weeks. Then, today I was told by Irina that ALL of the available two bedroom apartments were rented last week. She never told me if I was approved. I provided 6 months of on-time rental payment history, 6 months of bank statements, and a work contract to prove income. I have a VERY hard time believing that not only was that not enough to get approved but that every single 2 bedroom apartment was rented last week. So, not only did they lie but they acted as if they were above me. They treated a pregnant women with complete disrespect and disregard. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone. My recommendation is to take your business elsewhere. Do not make the same mistake I made.

I always just send an email and they respond right away during office hours. The 1 time we needed them outside office hours was on a Sunday evening during a Packer playoff game. The furnice was making noises. I sent a text to the emergency number and got a response in minutes. A maintenance guy and HVAC guy showed up within an hour. I am so greatful to have lived here for so long. We are only leaving because we bought a house. So if you want to live in Oak Creek I suggest Springbrook. Ask to stay in the Ventana Apartments. They are luxury and it is worth the money.

When they "fix" things it's not don't properly. They frequently start projects on the buildings and property and never finish; roofs, siding, landscaping. They have swans that live on the property, I am horrified to learn that they neglected them causing one to die. The police had to seize the remaining one as it was injured and left with dirty water and no food in a cage. I will not be renewing my lease!

Beick, the company that owns the place is money hungry. Been here for over three years, they will not let you go month to month on your lease, even if you have issues in your life that come up. You have a reserved parking spot but others are always parking in it and in the fire lanes. No visitor parking is available at all, my spot is always used because it's the first spot. No disability parking either. Place is pretty quiet but when people do laundry when they are not suppose to, you can hear it. Laundry hours are 8am-10pm. When people above you do their wash at midnight, it can be annoying. Pool is suppose to be heated, supposed to be. Grounds are clean. Wish the recyclables were emptied twice a week instead of once, they do get overfilled, but if people disposed of trash properly, this would help with the problem. Most neighbors are friendly.

I asked how long he would be because I had already waited 20 minutes and asked if she could call she rudely responded that she did not know because she was not with him (Chris) so I asked her what she wanted me to do.. she told me to wait there. After 35 minutes I called the office again, this time the lady in the office said she was going to be doing the showing even though she was not supposed to after 10 minutes she called me back and said that the owner would be doing the showing because Chris was not answering his phone .. 5 minutes later the owner showed up and after 50 minutes I was pretty upset and let the manager know that I was and how unprofessional this was that we got stood up both days and he apologized and told me this never happened before and said that was all he could do for me. I do not recommend renting from this company if this is how they handle showings imagine renting from them! Plus I was told this apartment was move in ready and during the showing I noticed they were still renovating.
