We have gone to this place for many years and always had the same type of print without having to specify. I had asked for a print on my shirt and the lady at the counter printed the main print thats supposed to go on the back of the shirt, on the front. Later we asked if this was the normal way they print, the manager said it wasn't. Asked for a refund or some type of exchange since she did it wrong, nothing. read more

We went to this shop a few times I will say the staff was very nice and helpful. The sweatshirts we had made are also very nice. You are able to custom design your clothing items. This is the only shop like this in Alex Bay that we saw. Out of all of the shops, it definitely seemed to be the most affordable for the options available. We were there over Labor Day weekend. The only issue I had was one of the workers who I'm pretty sure was the owner or manager was sick. I'm a nurse and I didn't realize she was sick until she had already made our sweatshirts. She looked so ill that in hindsight, I definitely wouldn't have had her make anything for us. It was super hot that weekend, she was wearing a sweater, her face was red, she was stuffy and she definitely looked like she had a high fever. Unfortunately my entire family came down with Covid 5 days later... while I can't know for sure, it was highly likely that's where we contracted it from. read more
