I have the privilege of knowing Anastasia personally, and I can say without hesitation that her baked goods are the best I've ever had... It's no wonder she graduated at the top of her class from Paul Smiths College. Especially noteworthy are the lemon pound cake, fruit tartlets, and cinnamon buns. She is also an insanely talented cake decorator and pulls out all the stops to make sure her customers are happy. We met with Trish ahead of time to sample cake flavors, she provided us with 12 cupcakes frosted in various flavors to take home and sample with our family, we also had the opportunity to look through her album of previous work. We settled on a layer of chocolate and a layer of yellow cake with cream cheese frosting. I emailed Trish a few cakes I was considering and we discussed our final product. Trish was easy to work with; she was extremely flexible and we were able to make our flavor and headcount selections 5 days prior to the big day which relieved a lot of stress. We were both extremely happy with the end result and all our guests raved about the favor of our cake. Finally, Trish coordinated delivery and payment with our venue so we basically left our cake topper and final payment with the venue; when we got to the reception everything was set up perfectly.
