I called Advanced Care, they were immediately responsive and have continued to be. Because of my Mother in law's unique condition I was promised she would be placed with an aide that was both understanding and knowledgeable and she definitely is. Her laundry is being done and grocery shopping is no longer something I have to try and fit in my busy schedule. Bathing was a big issue and struggle and I am thrilled that she is agreeing to it and she looks and feels great because of the care she has been receiving . A nurse comes to visit her once a month which i think is an added bonus and really gives us a peace of mind. I highly recommend this company.

This was not achieved. Management was not particularly friendly or easy with which to interact. With the exception of the initial assessment, management never visited the client, family or checked on site with staff despite our 2 year relationship and being virtually a neighborhood away. Conversations with management were regularly rule driven, inflexible and lacking the compassion one might expect from someone in the elder care business. Based on our experience, I would recommend: -a legal person review the contract -asses whether management style and background are a fit for your need -proceed with caution

The therapists were scheduled for 2-3 visits a week for a month - which would have been 12 PT visits. They came once a week (4 times). None of the therapists would give a time/date for the next visit, he'd just call the night before he was going to come or sometimes the next morning of!. The OT therapists were very good, but after 1 visits each, they never came again nor did they or the office return our multiple calls. I've called the office, left messages. Do not count on these people. they are completely unreliable. In fact they compromised my health and recovery by not following through with good service. BEWARE.

If they are this big of fail administratively, you don't want to go there for any type HEALTHCARE. Four months plus and now the rep tells me she asked for my claim information, which she did not. She placed me on another six week waitlist only for me to call back having to prove she NEVER ASKED FOR THIS INFOMATION - NOW REMOVED FROM A WAITLIST. Had I never called back, I would have never known. This establishment is the definition of INCOMPETENCE.
