I've been told it is a work in progress, which is fine. There is usually music almost daily. The spiritual mind is also addressed if one is in the mood for their particular denomination. It's like they don't want you to see what's going on. You have to make an appointment to see your loved one. Many of the meals are served cold, medications and not handed out in a timely manner, call button for health services go unanswered. The visiting hours are not good for working people as you can't visit once dinner starts at 4:30. Some of the staff make it seem like you are bothering them if you ask or need something. They do have large rooms but it comes at a high price.
