I had the privilege of having my blood drawn by Ms.Debbie and she was very friendly, personable and she got it right the first time. Assumed I was signed in and I was still on time for my appt. Nothing. When I asked the woman behind the desk she says "I called at 8:33 and you weren't in the lobby." I said, "I checked in from my car. I got no text or phone call. Besides this, her attitude was not great and she didn't seem to understand why I was annoyed and frustrated. What's the point of being able to check in from your car if this is going to happen. Apparently, only checking in from the kiosk inside is the way to go.
