She did it in a short amount of time, did a wonderful job dealing with the two layers of fabric, including lace, and it was extremely affordable. I will definitely be taking other items of clothing there now that I've tested the waters. Another review said she didn't let them try it on before leaving but she had no problems with me doing so at all!

Initially, I dropped off the shoe and was told I would get a call with an estimate. I dropped them off on a Saturday and had heard nothing by the following Sunday so I reached out via Facebook messenger and left my number. I was called back by Farrell, the owner, and given a quote, a time estimate and an option to pay via PayPal (they don't do credit cards). Once that was all squared away, Clarke's went to work on my shoe. When it was finished Farrell called me to let me know I could pick it up and explained a little about what he did to the shoe. While Bel Air is a bit of a drive for me, the customer service and quality of the work that Clarke's provided means I will be returning in the future.
