I'm happy with the quality of my orthodontic treatment. My only suggestion is to improve the process for patients who want to change their colored bands between regular adjustment appointments. My treatment is paid in full, and sometimes I simply don't like the color I chose. Your smile matters and makes you feel confident! A band change only takes about 10-12 minutes, but it can be difficult to get squeezed in for a quick visit. It would be great if the office offered specific days or times for these short appointments. I think that small change would make the overall patient experience even better.

He (Dr Anderson) suggested that I request an appointment thru the online request system and we could do a telemedicine call. I submitted the request thru the Health Partners online system and two weeks later I had a 2 min FaceTime call and he refilled my prescription. 9 months later... I started this Hell process with my insurance company where they rejected the billing claim for "preventative services"... back and forth between billing and insurance with NO help whatsoever from Health Partners Clinic. Long story short.... I am stuck with paying a $470 bill for a 2 minute FaceTime call with my doctor to get a prescription refilled. They are billing for a service that WAS NOT provided (a 30 minute office visit and using codes for services that BCBS insurance won't cover). Simply put - they submitted a fraudulent claim on my visit and are charging for services that were NOT provided! Do NOT trust your health to that corrupt organization that does not care!!!

We typically go to the location in St Paul/Falcon Heights at Snelling and Larpenter Ave. We've also been to the Woodbury location many times. Rooms have kid books and kids get stickers after each visit. Nurses and other staff are nice and show empathy. Free parking. We ended here on the recommendation of a friend and I would recommend - and have recommended - Central Pediatrics to anyone who is looking for a quality pediatrician.

If you're not insured or low-income, they offers sliding scale pricing and also take most insurance plans. As an uninsured new resident to Minnesota, this clinic was a welcome sight. Dont waste your insurance or your personal money on the program. On our sons last day, which we did not agree with ( your opion doesn't matter to them ) because our son still was not sleeping at night, and still having to be restrained for emotional outbursts. We informed the staff multiple time that trazadone no long worked to help our son sleep. So guess what they reperscribed, trazadone after retrying it with the same outcome as before, no sleep. I had to complain serveral more times and actually keep him out one day because he had not slept for two nights and they dat he came back was his planned last day they actually listened and changed his meds for sleep. The med changed only happened after we reached out to his fantastic psychiatrist at childrens in St. Paul did they listen and make a change on our last day. 2 hours into his last day at the program we were call to pick him up because they had to restrain him, he lost control of his emotions. Which is why he was there in the first place. He was no better off when they discharged then the day he started. Other items of concern for us were when his therapist flat out lied to us, they state the hour are 8:30am to 3pm but they never started on time 8:45, 8:50am. We were supposed to get daily updated on his behaviors everyday, in 3 weeks of treatment were received 3 updates. Never once did they ask how his afternoon and evening went. The " family therapy consisted of a 1/2 hour session where you where given the names of other programs and or therapists to see. The only real information we received about his behaviors while in the program were phones calls to let you know they had to restrain him. But we were never given the facts that lead upto him needing to be restrained. I loved the statement on the discharge papers was He is safe to return home and to school. I don't think so he is no better off today then when he entered the PHP program. Complete waste of time and money. Don't waste your childs and your time there. They don't listen to you as a parent, you receive little to not feedback whenvyour child is in the program, they ask you for no imput as to how things are going at home while there. And the absolute best part is being lied to by a therapist and then having said therapist deny what they told you. Communication back and forth between the parents and staff is so important in figuring out the best course of meds or continuing therapy for your child, but there was almost none of that. A completely disorganized mess. NEVER UNTIL THIS EXPERIENCE HAVE WE EVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH ANY SERVICES FROM CHILDRENS. But they failed completely in there Roseville PHP.

He wont allow parents to ask any questions and he will tell no time to answer as he has another appointment. Even for yearly visit or a well child visit, he will just spend 15 minutes.. We changed the pediatrician after this experience.
