We stopped at several stores to browse and I bought a few items. The employees that helped me out were friendly. My husband also bought some clothes at one of the department stores. The employee that helped him out was friendly. We walked around outside and enjoyed the weather. Overall this mall was a good place to spend time together walking and shopping with friendly service at different stores.

Village Real is a good shopping center and they have a Half Price Books in it, and have a bunch of other stuff here so it's worth checking out if you happen to be in the neighbourhood. The Half Price Books is exactly what it says on the tin. Cheap books of all kinds and pretty damn useful if you ask me. Especially considering the price of books these days at real big box or fancy bookstores - and even online can be expensive. This is a much better discount type place.

This was my first time at this Nordstrom Rack location. I had found what I was looking for on the…read morewebsite the previous evening and went into the store to get it. It seems small compared to other Nordstrom Racks I've been to. However they have a decent variety of things, women's coats and jackets, active wear, pants, tops/blouses, intimate apparel. After some perusing, I found what I had came for. The quality of the outfit didn't look as good as it did online. Nonetheless I grabbed it and a couple other blouses and tried everything on in the fitting room. They had an attendant at the fitting room who was helpful and it was easy to get in and out of the dressing room. The checkout process was fairly quick and when asked the cashier let me know what their return policy was. I had until January (it was earlier this week when I purchased my items, so early November), with the receipt, all tags, and the items obviously never worn. I'm not sure if this is their usual return window or a special one for the holidays but its more than enough time to return something if you need to and I did so this was helpful. When I returned my items a couple hours later, after finding something that better fit my needs, the return process was a breeze and they refunded my money back to my original form of payment.

I called Marshalls "customer service" and they told me that i have to call FedEx because they are responsible. So i called FedEx and they told me that Marshalls is responsible. Be careful if you order online, Marshalls will not help you when you dont get you items ...on top "customer service" is very unfriendly and give you the feeling that you are annoying because you called. It's like I was attacked and they almost refused my return They wanted to issue me store credit and want me to provide my ID. I told them no, one can return an item with a yellow tag once he or she has a valid receipt which I furnished to the store clerk Page. She was very adamant that they do not take yellow tag items back. She asked Summer who said no, do not accept it. Summer called for a manager who never showed up, but Paige.H came to the check out and she agreed to do the return, but Paige continued to discourage her. Three coordinators who need to be coached on the store return policy. I had to tell them I have been shopping at Marshalls before they started working for the establishment. They tried to make me look stupid, but in fact they were the ones acting stupid. I had to keep my cool. I had to request their customer service number to call for verification and I was right. They need to issue me a huge apology for making me waste my time at the store . Store clerks need to be fully educated about their store's return policy especially when you are a coordinator. It shows that they are not fully educated about policy. I informed them about it and they thought I was wrong when I was in fact right.

Earrings Trio tried to make up what is lost by the women. The earrings selection isn't too great. Just plain hoops with silver or gold tone to it. No styles or cuteness. However, I did find cute sparkling cubic zirconium tear drop earrings I wanted.
