They should have someone cross check their work to make sure they've completed the most basic of tasks. Never take your vehicle to Mr Tire in Delmar. Their work is slip shod at best.

Don't let the curb appeal turn you away, as theyre just getting started and will serve you right. We travel pulling a 5th wheel with our duramax LMM diesel, so we only have one vehicle. When I called Bo late on a Saturday at 4pm, telling about a strange noise we'd been having, he made sure I'd be at the front of the line on Monday morning, since I was a traveler. His mechanic took the time to make sure he identified the issue I was having, even allowing me to take him for a ride, when he wasn't absolutely sure what I was describing. Turns out that we had a cracked up-pipe at the bellow and he showed me the issue using a mirror in the shop. Bo put together some options and had parts ordered right away. They quoted me a very fair price and offered me a loaner rig so my family and I could get around while they had it in the shop. They took the time to correctly remove the nuts and bolts that had been rusted on over 173000 miles and got everything buttoned back up with some PPE pipes. There was a small oversight made when putting things together at the end that required a replacement A/C line. Bo made sure the line was replaced correctly and recharged, going above and beyond to make sure my family was safe and ready for another adventure. These guys are doing a great job and will treat you right. The truck runs better than it ever has. Would gladly return if I needed diesel work done in the future.
