You have to pay for the splash pad/spray park (all of splash pads I have been to in other states are free) and is only open part of the year. The pool hours are extremely limited. 3 hours a day, 5 ot 6 days a week is ridiculous. And they close before Labor Day. This is south Louisiana, they could stay open until at least October. This is a gem! We are here with 2 young kids and needed some fun stuff to do! We stumbled upon this place after exploring the nature trail nearby! This is perfect for families! It includes a toddler play structure and a kids play structure, as well as a full splash park! It's close to the bayou where you an see boats going by and turtles peeking up out of the water! Cons: the splash park is gated and cost money(I've never seen a splash pad charge before!) They have weird hours vs a normal splash pad that just turns on and off at the same time each day. Not good customer service. I couldn't get ahold of anyone to check hours and no one was in the office. read more
