There is a huge dock to fish on or just hangout. The fishing is awesome and we usually catch several daily. The park has aluminum boats free for residents use. WiFi is free as well. The owners, manager, and all tenants are very friendly and helpful. We evacuated for Tropical Storm Imelda and they helped us every step of the way. This truly is an absolute slice of paradise. Just minutes from all local refineries including Sabine Pass. Public dove hunting lands less than 2 miles, hog hunting, and duck hunting. There is a golf course less than 5 miles from the park.

They have a restroom, shower, and complimentary laundry facility while you stay. The park is walking distance to the beach - a huge bonus. They have a covered area to hang out in, and there has been a few small gatherings with music from other campers to end a great beach day. Everyone is respectful of quiet hours and each others belongings. We couldn't imagine our beach vacation anywhere else!

The owner is out and about in the park frequently, and he's always willing to chat with everyone, take suggestions, hear what people think, etc. He's very friendly, and the whole place just has a friendly, welcoming vibe. It's very safe, in a great location - removed enough from the city to be peaceful but Walmart and restaurants are a quick drive down the road. Basically no amenities except for laundry, wifi never worked and there is one picnic table with a barbecue pit but it's in the area where people walk their dogs, so that's a little nasty. Sewage smells a lot, probably due to so many campers in such a small area. Rent was $450 , flat rate with water and electricity included. After 6 months she said she wanted $50 more a month because we had our own washer and dryer. Apparently she has a list she goes down when your rent is under $500, if you answer yes to anything on the list your rent goes up $50. If you have 2 a/c units, if you have 2 vehicles, if you have a window unit, if you have a washer/dryer, ,30amp or 50 amp didn't matter if you had any of these things on her list. My point with the rent is if you want $500 a month then charge it and don't make up a silly list to add extra money. $50 a month for water is extremely high because I don't even pay that at my home where I use way more water! Pretty disappointed in this park

What a Wonderful stay! Happy to 'break' this place in!…read more We evacuated here from southern Louisiana thanks to a neighbor's word of mouth suggestion just prior to Hurricane IDA. They had only been in operation a month and I don't think expected the amount of evacuees that showed up overnight. They really pulled out all of the stops! The place was immaculate and the staff & owners were absolutely amazing! (Go Kevin! and wife and son) Our stay was longer than we originally anticipated but it was very pleasant even after many of the evacuees had departed. The fresh coffee in the mornings, clean and beautiful showers, and efficient laundry room were definitely a plus and made it feel like home. Also, there is a lovely indoor and outdoor lounge, fishing pond and fire pit area with beautiful sunrises and sunsets abound. Oh! And Free WI-FI!!! We were told there is much more to come in the way of amenities. Definitely recommend if you're in the area or passing through!
