When I called back to schedule the shuttle I was told there were no more shuttles today. Say what?! I had them page the on call for Sun Travel. Shannon called me back and realized immediately this was an issue with a sense of urgency. She called me back in 5 minutes and had managed to drum up a shuttle driver who was going to be able to drive me from the airport in Port Arthur to Hobby Airport in Houston and get me to my newly reseduled flight on time. She was fast and very helpful. I was lucky to get someone like her to fix the unnecessary blunder that was caused by the operator at the answering service.

The good , big parking area , restaurant , and on site motel , restrooms close to the fuel island. Such a good ideal. I can't count the times I've stopped to fuel up , and was in a rush to get to the bathroom. The bad , not many fuel islands . The rooms aren't quiet , or dark. I wish they would put some darker curtains in the rooms . It's hard to get good sleep with all the light coming in the room. Also stay away from the rooms on the fuel island side , unless you like hearing trucks pull in all throughout the night. Come to think of it the other side isn't that quiet either , when the train comes through . Now the restaurant, it'll get you by in a pinch. I like a good chicken friend steak as much as and red blooded America man , but this one just isn't good. It looked good , it was just more breading than steak. Come on your almost in Texas at least get this right. It's not hard , use quality meat , you've already got the gravy right.
