We stayed at Port Arthur RV Resort for 4 weeks. It was a great experience. The staff is very warm, welcoming, helpful and friendly. The grounds are immaculate, very clean and well maintained. There is a gym, laundry room, game room, coffee bar, restrooms, showers, a pool, and picnic/bbq area. Other guests were very clean and quiet. Port Arthur RV Resort is an excellent place to stay! Really clean and well maintained. Front desk people are helpful and kind. The park is paved, with a lot of pull through sites. The laundry room and front office area is clean and organized. There's also a building with multiple bathrooms and showers. They also have a cute Texas shaped pool and little cookout area. read more

Just booked a spot for the next 18 months at this park. My wife and I spent a day and a half looking at parks before finding this one. Very clean and well maintained with laundry room and bathhouse. If you are headed to Port Arthur come stay here. read more

We have stayed here several times. It's always clean and quiet. The staff are always friendly and welcoming.

There's nothing really "wrong" with this RV place, and it was fine for one night on our way from New Orleans to Austin. It's just boring and blah, although there is a pool. I would go stir crazy staying for more than a night. read more

We stayed here May 2020 - Dec 2020 for work in the area. Ms. Joyce and Ms. Lorraine made us feel welcome from the start. Lots of kids and families are out enjoying the day but very respectful at night for quiet time. A lot of the residents are workers in the area so there are no issues with late night partying. Bathrooms and showers are cleaned every day. Laundry room is cleaned daily, and machines are sanitized weekly. Mail is kept safe. You get notified immediately when something arrives to front office. Pool is refreshing and TX shaped! Workout room is cleaned regularly. Loved our stay here!! Would stay here again if ever needed to. read more

This park could be very nice if they fired the grumpy lady in the office. Joyce is the nice one you need to deal with. They are thinking of adding a swimming pool so they start raising the rent two years ahead of time. They keep going up up up and nothing gets added to the park. It's just them being greedy. Nice and quiet. They are still building things to add like pool, rec room. No shade anywhere. But they do have a small playground for kids.

Site is very clean with concrete pads for every camper. Has a pool and patio area for outdoor events. Property is maintained very well and the management staff is extremely helpful with literally anything. We have been here for 6 months due to work and in that time I have seen no other sites half as nice as this one is. read more

I was staying here while working at the Exxon Beaumont refinery and while it is one of the nicest parks around the spots were 549 a month and could only fit one vehicle if you wanted to park 2 vehicles you had to get a deluxe spot which was 599 a month and on top of that I paid for the next month for a deluxe spot as I was getting a new trailer and another week for the spot my current trailer was in then a week later my job ended I never got to get my new trailer and stay in the deluxe spot before my job finished so I asked for atleast some of my money back and they wouldn't give any back and instead said I could come back and stay for free for the remaining time I had payed for within 6 months knowing I wouldn't be back within that time frame if I could give it zero stars the general manager was pretty rude about it as well I would I will never do business with them again and I hope people read my review before they do and I hope these bad reviews will make them change their ridiculous refund policy my advice look for a different park to stay at if you plan on staying monthly and do turnaround work as it can end at anytime and you won't get any money back read more

The ladies in the office go above and beyond for park guest. They are very friendly. Getting mail and packages is taken care of efficiently. The sites are concrete with grassy areas in between. Great with all the rain. We will stay here on all our trips through Port Arthur. read more

Eh! I couldn't be more honest when writing a review the ladies in the office ask me to. We stayed at this facility eight months and was harassed constantly on weekly bases. This business facility has been here for many years and is not quite the Resort it is classified as. This Resort offers NO amenities. No dog run, No pool, No provillion, No reliable internet or Wifi, No Resort store, Very basic TV, No laundry baskets or hanging material in the laundry room for your clothes, No trees and is hotter then a fire cracker come summer, fire ants are horrible along with having wood roaches crawling out of the pasture into your RV that will consume your home during the months of June, July and August. The concrete slab are on the smaller side and offer no additional parking if you bring a second vehicle. The ladies in the office have a BIG problem calling residents asking for rent payment before it is due. This is the biggest complaint on the property that residents shared. When it rains the property holds large amounts of water. When spaces are full they have a garbage issue due to only having two small containers. Mesquites are extremely horrific. The wind blows constantly due the wide open field. A resident cannot ever pull their awning out to enjoy some shade due to the high winds. The rent was increased on two different occasions while we stayed at this facility 8 months. Once $25. and second $49. On a good note, the lighting is great. When it becomes a Resort like being classify it might not be as deceiving. They offer NO refunds if residents decide to leave early. Enter at you're own risk and be careful doing so. read more

We have stayed at many many RV Parks and this one takes the cake!!! the lots are so small you have to park behind your camper and only one truck can park so if you have two vehicles one has to park up front by office ... So if the weather is bad you have to walk in rain to get to your camper, and if you are parking behind your camper and its raining you have to walk in water and get your boots are shoes all wet and muddy... we have been having lots of rain lately and i am beating myself up everyday i'm here .... on top of the bad parking arrangement the rent for this park is ridiculous $549 a month ....also you can't have families over to visit because there's no where for them to park ... Yes they are expanding but the spot are even more expensive and the majority of the park is like where i stayed (no room)!!!! we payed for this month and a week later we were transferred and they wouldn't give any of our money back , i didn't ask for a full refund just partial and the answer was NO !!!! So if your staying there make sure you only pay for what you will be staying .... Hopefully you look at my review before camping there!!!! read more
