Once they arrived the hubs and I had to do nothing but get out of the way. Every item was tagged, and handled with care (even my random hat that somehow escaped its box showed up to Louisiana in tact), nothing was missing or broken, they were great with breaking down and setting up furniture, and added a few boxes where we needed them. She walks us into the warehouse and points us where it is, I sit down and try it out to make sure it works, Mind you Im only looking to put it in one of my three funeral homes, I got maybe 20 seconds into playing and she said "ok, youre done" i said" are you rushing me?" she said yes, "ive got things to do"..I stated I needed to play the piano to make sure nothing was wrong with it, because im not about to take a grand piano and get stuck with something i cant fix.....this bitch decided to roll her eyes and say "well by all means, let me cater to you, because its free" We left without the piano, her attitude was not necessary, and im not sure who she thought she was speaking to, but anyone in their right mind does not pick up a big ass grand without playing it first!!

Jacob at prime was one of the only people to take down my information and put me on a waiting list. He called me immediately when he unexpectedly had a unit come available. As I am still residing in Houston and unable to go in to sign the paperwork, he sent me ensign documents via email and made it extremely easy for me to secure the unit.
