I'll start with the Good. The facility is kept clean and in…read moregood repair. You can even use the restroom. Move-ins and move-outs are both convenient and professional. The Bad. My storage rental fees increased a full FIFTY PERCENT just TWO MONTHS after I signed my initial contract. No advance notice, no explanation, just a message stating my rent would be half as much more than I agreed to when i rented my unit TWO MONTHS previous. Hard not to feel misused by such a questionable business practice so soon after I packed all my stuff into the unit. Aside from that, this is a decent place to keep your stuff.

These people use bait and switch pricing. They get you to move in with a low rate and then jack up…read morethe price after a few months...after a few more months they jack it up again...the rate they want now more than 2x what they had advertised on move in just nine months ago...its clearly in their pricing model to do this to people. Terrible business model designed to take advantage of people who would find it inconvenient to move out. The Attorney General should do something about this place.

I had my movers load their truck and start driving to my unit! We were stuck in traffic for quit some time when I realized they would be closed by the time we were to arrive! Not by a dollar or 2, one of mine was raised by $12 & the other by $16. Next problem I had was them charging me insurance when I never had a lapse in coverage, which is $24.97 mo. I called on say to clear my account & they needed to call me back because they couldn't figure it out. I was busy and had to go out of town so I call them back today and they have charged a $20 late fee because it should have been paid yesterday. They won't waive the fee because they already helped me out on the insurance. EXCUSE ME, YOU DIDN'T HELP ME OUT, YOU CORRECTED YOUR ERROR. I can't wait to move my stuff to a more HONEST & helpful business. PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK & ASK THE RIGHT QUESTIONS: WHEN & HOW MUCH IT WILL GO UP. THEIR TERMS FOR LATE FEES, 1st one $20, 2nd one $60, in 1 month. This is charged if you have pending matters going on with them or not. INSURANCE THEY CHARGE IF YOU DON'T Provide them with a copy of your homeowners policy. And if they don't get a copy of your policy at renewal, they will charge it and even if you provide them with the policy, they will not remove the charge.
