Went in to drop off some packages no receipt was given and they seem to have lost one. The person behind the counter claims it was a bad label yet it was sent to me via fedex. Looking into further actions as this package was a return on a very pricey item and have proof of the non faulty label. Only the fedex package was lost the UPS package mailed fine. read more

History

Established in 1995.

Neighborhood Mini Storage was formed in 1995 by Larry Avery of Sulphur, Louisiana. At the time, Larry was living in Chicago, Illinois working for AMCOL International when he came up with the idea of starting a self storage company back in his hometown. Shortly after, Neighborhood Mini Storage's first location was built in Sulphur, Louisiana. This was one of the first climate controlled self storage locations in Louisiana. Since that time, Neighborhood Mini Storage has branched out into 4 other locations throughout Louisiana. Our locations include Sulphur, Lake Charles, Moss Bluff, Priairieville and Gonzales Louisiana. We currently have 15 employees and now offer numerous including UPS and FedEx Shipping, UHaul Truck and Trailer Rentals, moving and packing supplies sales.

My name is Eric Avery and I am the managing partner of Neighborhood Mini Storage. My father founded Neighborhood Mini Storage in 1995 and since that time we have branched out throughout all of Louisiana. In 2001 I became President and Managing Partner of our company.

Said car had no jack, lug wrench, or spare tire $25 dollar tire shop came to me, removed wheel, went back to shop, mounted up new tire and got me back on the road within an hour!
