By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! The lady at the front desk and answers the phone is extremely rude and unknowledgeable, called to order some parts, ask about pricing on some maintenance for a lower unit and possibly see if I could order a special tool for my motor through them.The rude lady proceeded to tell me she doesn't get paid to give out free advice and hung up. Months previous to this the same lady gave me a hard time and was very disrespectful when I was registering my boat in the store. I've never left a bad review anywhere but this place definitely deserved my first. Better off going to Brasda Marine everyone is friendly and knowledgeable over there! read more

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Don't even waste you're time going into this pathetic "boat shop". The woman working there is extremely rude and has no idea what's she's taking about. You'd be better off fixing the problem yourself. read more
