He came to the house with Robyn and we went through what I wanted. Chris got back to me in very short order with all the estimates we needed. After all other contractor discussions were had, we decided to go with Chris for a number of reasons. One, he was polite and easy to speak with( we just felt good about him). He was not the cheapest but was not the most expensive either. Going with our gut, we decided to move forward with him. He came out immediately upon his availability and started the work. During each phase, he let me know who was expected to come out and all of his subs were very polite and considerate as we were still living in the house. We spoke throughout the build making sure everything that was done was what we expected and discussed obstacles while providing solutions( can't expect to do a remodel and not have surprises). When final walk through was done, we were very please with the end result. I would recommend him to anyone and I plan to request his help in the future.

I can't praise this business enough! My dryer stopped working two days ago. I was nervous about…read morecalling a repair man for fear of being swindled. I called yesterday at 9 am when they opened. There wasn't any openings that day but said he'd be around my house the next day at lunch time (between 11:30 and 12:30). During that phone call he was very forthcoming with information and was very patient with my questioning. This morning, he called and was able to come at 11:00. Very knowledgeable, walked me step by step to what he was doing and why. He not only replaced the blown fuse but also talked to be about how to prevent it from happening. He was also frank with me about my wants and needs. At the end of the day, Loy and his trainee were at the house from 11:00 till 11:40 and fixed my dryer and a minor issue with the washer. Edit: As if I didn't already have enough positive things to say about this company, I just got a follow up phone call two weeks later to check in on how my machines and repairs are holding up. You definitely have a customer for life.
