Ardi is an expert and did a fabulous job. He replaced the chain, sprockets, grips and kickstand. He also adjusted the shocks and completely cleaned, adjusted and lubricated everything. I put a lot of miles on my bike. It feels like a brand new bicycle. The adjustment of the shocks make it ride really smooth. I called them on a Tuesday to ask how long they would have the bike for a tune-up. I was expecting him to say they would have it for two weeks. Ardi made me an appointment for the following Tuesday and said to drop it off at 11:00 and I would have it back the same day. I checked in with them at 10:30 and received a text and a phone call around 2:00 telling me the bike was ready. Ardi took the time to show me everything he did and had the old parts bagged up in case I wanted them. I took it for a test ride and one of the derailleurs needed a slight adjustment. He took care of it right on the spot. I highly recommend taking your bicycle to them for all your repair or tune-up needs.

Arrived for our 4 hour pontoon rental and we were told they only had us down for 2 hours. We explained that our reservation was for 4 hours and he said it wasn't a problem and most likely just a mistake in their computer and that he would "fix it". Off we go. Upon returning 4 hours later, we discover that his "fix" was to charge us almost double what we were quoted. When we tried to pull up our reservation that clearly said $240 for 4 hours, he explains that once the renters arrive and take the boat that the reservation is wiped from their system. How convenient! (If you still insist on being robbed by this place - do yourself a favor and take a screenshot of your reservation ). To make matters worse the guy was a total @$$hole about it. Not one apology or attempt to work it out. He was nasty and condescending. Horrible experience and I would recommend you stay away from this place. It's maritime robbery!!

He SAID he wouldn't charge me very much because of the purchase. All I wanted was to check my assembly of bike. I all most fainted when I was told the final price. 347, Dollars. The bike only cost 350. I should of just bought a 600 dollar bike instead. I feel Robbed. And when was notified that my bike was ready. I was told if I don't come pick it up now, I was going to be charged a 10 dollar a day fee for storage. I'd find another shop if I was you. Unless you have money to burn. Just so you know.
