Dr. Duerson came in and explained that I needed a procedure. He explained my options. I made an appointment. My appointment went well. Dr. Duerson explained everything he was doing and asked multiple times if I was doing well. He gave me detailed oral directions and an information sheet. Tiffany assisted and also checked on me during the procedure and answered questions. She also quickly removed my stitches a week later. It was also thoughtful to have a call later the day of the procedure to see how I was doing. I had no swelling, bleeding, or pain from the procedure. God forbid I ever need dental help again, but if I do, I will certainly come again and would recommend this facility.

Whilst the front desk was attempting to get the insurance info in their system again I began to hear complaint after complaint from them. I gave them my insurance info over 2 months ago and they called less than 24 hours before my appointment to do it all over again only to not be any further along when I arrived for my appointment.
