Not only is he one of the kindest people I've met in a long time, but it's also clear that he genuinely cares about the community and making it a better and more enjoyable place for everyone. Anytime we run into him in the halls or need to stop by the office he's always in a great mood and quick to help in any way he can. It's nice to have someone so dedicated to improving the property and the experience for residents. While there are still some cons to living here such as cleanliness in some of the common areas and the fact that the shared spaces are often unavailable on weekends because they're booked for private parties and events, it's reassuring to know that we now have someone managing the community who is clearly prioritizing improvements. I also want to highlight the new maintenance guys. I truly can't say enough good things about them. They are incredibly attentive and quick to respond when something needs to be fixed in your apartment, and they're genuinely kind people as well. It makes a huge difference knowing that issues are handled as quickly as possible. For transparency, the leasing agent who was previously known for being rude to applicants and unkind to residents still works in the leasing office. However, unless you are actively renting an apartment, you really don't have to interact with her. Overall, Will is doing a great job bringing in new team members and making positive changes throughout the community. It's clear he's focused on improving things, and that effort is noticeable for sure!

There is a gym, pet spa and a MUST-SEE ocean view rooftop sky bar. Nikki, one of the managers is THE BEST. She is patient, kind and best of all she is knowledgeable! My husband found a snake in our garage, and she had a pest control team respond immediately. Some of the reviews for The Exchange are sketchy which is odd. Anyone who reaches out to Nikki will be treated with respect and heard. If two neighbors have a "fist fight" that is not on the property management team! The adults involved need attitude adjustments. This is California, some of our neighbors might smoke legalized marijuana outdoors. That's life. I do not smoke. I mind my own business. If no laws are being broken, that is not a property management issue. Loud neighbors... where? Children are present (and children will be children). Animal feces and trash in the halls is a public health factor, i have never witnessed or smelled either and I that believe management would respond immediately. Whenever you place a maintenance request, one of the technicians responds immediately (after hour, non-emergent calls within business hours). Both maintenance technicians are friendly, courteous, and efficient! The other day, Jordan responded to my kitchen maintenance request. Not only did he fix my disposal, but he also asked if I had any additional needs and answered all my questions. Jordan even took out the time to teach me how to care for my flat painted walls, gave me a carpet cleaning business referral and let me know he before he left the townhome all lights were off, and doors were locked. I really felt heard and appreciated him going above and beyond offering exceptional service. We (I, husband, son and daughter) love living here.

The billing error has been going on since November 2024 and it has yet to be corrected. The team has ignored the emails and is now charging me a late fee for their error. I also had a $400 dollar fee added to my rent that was not discussed with me during the lease agreement. So, if you want to live in a place where fees will magically appear on your monthly billing , you have to scrutinize your bill, and debate inaccurate charges, come to the Exchange at Bayfront.

Why do the painters have to leave all their equipment right outside my unit. This complex does not respect certain tenants a right to the quiet enjoyment of their unit. I really abhor the amount of unnecessary maintenance that they allow on the property in such a short amount of time. I am beyond fed up. And the leasing office treats you as if you're sub-human if you're not a home owner. I will not look back at my time in the Marina Bay Condos fondly. It's funny because even though all this maintenance is taking place the property is trashed with random bits of garbage and debris littered around. They should do better but they won't, I'm %100 certain they won't.

These apartments are very nice. They have studio and one bedrooms. I have lived in both the studio…read moreand one bedroom. The studios are big enough for two people, but will get crowded. The one bedrooms are pretty much your typical apartment. Because the way the building was made not all the units look or are set up the same way. Which to me is pretty cool. Our balcony is connected to our bedroom not the living room. I wish it was the opposite but I have noticed that some are connected to the living room. So that depends on the unit you would get. There is a washer and dryer in unit. Dish washer as well. All electric kitchen. The living room is spacious. Overall the apartment is great. So far, the landlord has helped us with any issues we have had. Our dish washer broke and it was fixed within a week. Balcony door lock was messed up, landlord came the day we mentioned it and fixed it. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars it because of the price. What I have seen offered in Pinole and Hercules area this apartment is a slightly higher price. As of now the one bedrooms are $1,350 and the studios are $1050. I don't know exact for the studios. But that's the last I heard they were. I have been at this complex for a year and a half now.

However, the walls are paper thin...you can hear the neighbor's drawers opening and closing and I actually thought someone was walking in her apartment but it was coming from the unit next door. I suppose Bridge Housing thought senior living was not worth a little extra money to cushion or insulate the walls to allow a little bit of privacy - Oh yeah and there's a train that chugs by often and the Home Depot - next door - is busy and noisy. Other than that, nice place.
