The whole interaction was awkward and his attitude is NASTY, constantly giving dirty looks (to my toddler that was present as well) Though there was quite a few options, I believe one or two out of the whole lot had a sold sign but told us to come back because he would be picking more vehicles up from the auction, we came back with cash in hand, my husband stepped out and asked him how much and he gave a price, we asked him when it could be ready like hello that's a question anyone is going to ask. This man says "I don't know, get someone else to take your money" like excuse me sir? We were trying to do business with this grumpy man, glad we did take our money elsewhere because regardless or the horrible things we heard about him, we still tired to give him the benefit of the doubt. I spent 20 minutes wandering the lot and then went into service to check on any recalls on my 2017 Explorer. I then went into the showroom where there was numerous sales people talking to one another and very few customers. After 10-15 minutes I then wandered back outside to look at more inventory. Not once in the entire time I was there did any individual say good morning or can I help you. I'm quite disappointed as I'm seriously looking at upgrading our Ford Platinum to a pickup truck but having second thoughts about where I deal .

We have purchased our vehicles from them because of their friendly, honest Sales / Service team. We had a problem with our 2019 Toyota Highlander rear lift gate not functioning at all. We brought the vehicle in to have it repaired and the part was going to take a few days to come in. We where extremely happy when Trista Lawless provided us with a loaner vehicle while our vehicle was under repair, so the repair could be completed if the part arrived earlier.
