I have sent it back to the Dry cleaners with a copy of the receipt to show it was purchased one day before it went to the cleaners. The cleaners phoned to say there was nothing wrong with it and have denied any responsibility. The garment has gone from being a brand-new to being totally unwearable. It remains with the cleaners. It is useless to me.

Super friendly & efficient service. Option for 24 hour drop off and pick-up if you get yourself a VIP card (which costs nothing - you just have to link it to your credit card). I should mention I did have one unfortunate, yet very well handled incident, with a new Ted Baker dress I dropped off to be dry-cleaned. I usually check the labels of everything to make sure they are dry-clean only before I drop them off but for some reason on this occasion I didn't! I think it's because the dress was silk, I assumed it would be dry-clean only. Unfortunately, the guys at the shop didn't check either on this one occasion (they pride themselves on always checking) and my poor little dress was in fact a "do NOT dry clean" garment. As a result the dry cleaning melted the glue that was holding some little studding on the dress and spread the studs and glue randomly over the dress, ruining it. As soon as this was discovered the owner called me to apologise. They handled the situation so very well - they refunded the cost of the dry-cleaning (obviously), wrote me a cheque for the cost of my dress (which I had on my credit card statement) and gave my husband and I $250 of dry-cleaning credit!! And this was without any hesitation or me having to ask for anything at all. I was so impressed that the disappointment of my ruined dress faded quickly & I have not hesitated in continuing to give them my business! I am not sure if they are more expensive than other places in the area, but with service like that, I won't be going anywhere else and am happy to pay a little extra!!

Prices are reasonable, and are typical of a dry cleaners. They do a great job. I have had everything from a jacket to a wedding dress cleaned here, all with no problems. The wedding dress in particular had some fairly stubborn stains on the train, and it came back like new. Like most dry cleaners, they wont quote something liken a wedding dress until they actually see it, but I took my dress to three other dry cleaners around my area and these guys quoted me the least.

There were plenty of washers and dryers. The employee also let me know that my cloths would fit into a smaller washer just fine. She also loaned me the key to a nearby bathroom for customers only. I went in the middle of the day and had no issues waiting for machines. Great little place right by Spencer Outlet so I shopped while I waited for the washing machine to be done. It's not clear how a dry clean drop off can be done self service, or why they were picking up the phone if there were no staff available. Really poor and won't be going back.
