They have plenty of choices and colors to match our outer wall and trim. Installation - The installation took about 4-5 hours total. Adequate number of crew. Have good safety practices. Made sure that the downspouts are pointed away and flow away from my house. No trash left over or did not use my garbage cans. Final thought - Include them when doing your estimate. Right away I noticed a big difference between the first rain gutter business that sent a salesman whom I didn't seem to get along with immediately, and they were one of the recommended big companies with a high rating. That company offered me things I didn't need (saying I did), up selling and apparently not honest about leaf guards. HC Gutter seemed to know a lot more about installation and answered many questions I had. Installation went flawless. Cost was much better priced for what seemed to be a much better product and installation. Haven't had a big rain for testing the rain gutter system yet but will update if there is a problem. Raul said that if there is a problem to text him immediately. One note; Raul forgot to text me when he was on his way. I missed his arrival. He apologized and next time I received a text promptly. I generally don't write reviews unless it's really great or really awful. No point in wasting time…read more(both mine and yours, dear readers) for something just meh. I need to give major kudos to Rio Rico because of a few things: 1) no nonsense and no sales gimmicks; 2) super fast in responding to not only inquiries but getting someone out for an estimate, as well a as answering questions in between; 3) professional. They're not the cheapest out there, but they're not the most expensive either. But what they do offer is quality work. We needed to get our gutters replaced after only 2 years because the original installers did such a half-assed job that the corners were leaking badly after the last batch of rain we had, and then upon checking out how bad it was while up on the roof, checked other sections from the top and found a couple roof tiles cracked/broken. Not saying the previous guys were at fault but no one else has been up there since the original install. Sylvia (front office), Martin and Abel (installers) were awesome throughout the entire experience. Pretty much took less than 2 weeks from the initial call to completion. Don't fall for installers that are too cocky and full of themselves while offering "great" prices. Highly recommend Rio Rico.
