As for the others lol as a former employee I will begin by saying how unprofessional this place is ran down to the owners of this business , ran so poorly an careless they put up such a great front for social media an family an visitors upon arrivals . But when everyone leaves it's right back to staff getting high , coming in drunk smelling of booze like if they just came right from the bar , staff getting very argumentative with each other and "manager" just standing by watching and doing absolutely nothing about the behavior because she also enjoys being involved in the work drama as she like too believe she is still a kid while she sits by and allows everything too happen right in front of her eyes , very unprofessional management when it comes to work environment. Childish behavior any time you have a serious concern nothing ever gets addressed it gets brushed off as it's not a serious enough concern for them too handle. Than from Residents who are considered as "needy" will be ignored and treated poorly when it comes to care and left soaked due to not wanting too take the time to provide the proper care or compassion for them as they deserve. So leading them to either be soaked for hrs , and leads to bed wounds . And having to do countless measures to heal bed wounds because of the lack of care being done . too the neglect they put in place for trainings half the staff doesn't even know what too do in a case of someone having an active episode or seizure. From residents being left in their rooms not being brought out for meals because they like to claim it's "behavioral related " when it's pure laziness and not wanting too take the time to understand the resident and their needs . So they will leave them in the room and close the door to avoid having too do their jobs . , leading too residents falling and having to make reports half the time they will just act as if it didn't happen. And than sit back and think why is this resident become so combative. The lack of accountability this place has is such an understatement. And not one single person who's employed will ever take accountability for anything that is going on behind closed doors and where "cameras " can't see .

I can go on and on and on about this place I just hope people look up these reviews they do not let you do anything here like visit in the room Hass to be done outside or in a room that echoes so loud that you can't hear each other talk especially when there's other people in the room. They are very rude we had one good rehab person in that place the only thing I can think of that was on the good . And her name was Lisa. do whatever you can to keep your love ones out of here out of this Place. our loved one was in here isolation for Covet 19. guess what she caught it in this place there's so much more I just hope this gets posted.
