My mom was literally going to therapy twice a day. Typically rehab centers dont do therapy on Saturday or Sunday, but not here. She was still receiving on the weekends. I found the staff to be very friendly, helpful and caring. Sometimes you are leery about a place for your loved one. No need to be worried about this place. They will take great care of you or your family member.

No concern for a child in distress, no humanity -- just cold dismissal. My daughter broke down in tears as we walked out and said, "I don't like doctors." Imagine the trauma that comes from seeking help and being treated like you're nothing because of a $26 charge. What's worse? Their director had time to demand the $26 upfront, but refused to provide anything in writing or explain why. We were told we'd have to wait until Monday for answers -- but denying a child care on a Saturday? Shameful doesn't even begin to cover it. Springfield Urgent Care, you are not about health. You are about money, control, and intimidation. There is no integrity in how you operate -- just blatant disregard for patient dignity, especially for children. We were humiliated, heartbroken, and shaken. No family -- especially no child -- should be treated this way.
