Quite possible the worst customer service. Kim acts like the most uncaring person who hates her job. She should not be in healthcare. Normally, a doctors office collects any amount due at the time of service. Suddenly, you will get an email with a threat for collections and immediate demand for payment with no invoice, proof or details. Received nothing in the mail. This could be violating fair debt collection practices. Try calling them... no one ever answers, and you get a outgoing message threatening you a fee for late cancellations charges if under 48 hours. You just have to listen to the message and hear this is an uncaring, unprofessional doctor. So glad I have a new primary care!!!!!! See attached collection email. Does not even have my name addressed to it "dear patient/parent/guardian" when you go to the website it allows you to pay them but you still can't look up your account to see what the charges are. First, I had to educate the business office of this place on co-pays and deductibles. They were initially charging me the full price until my deductible was met. That isn't how insurance works, my co-pay is what is owed for primary care. So we had to call my insurance and have member services educate their office manager. Who knows how many other people they attempt to scam like this. Secondly. I was sick, come in and see a nurse and she writes my sickness off as a "viral" infection. I call 3 days later feeling worse and they refuse to call me in antibiotics regardless of virulent sputum and symptoms of a bacterial infection. They state I would need to take off work and come in to see them again. They're just chomping at the bit trying to get my money and time. Most other doctors would initially have prescribed antibiotics with the symptoms I had, and especially would've called in antibiotics for me. Terrible practice, terrible patient consideration, shady business dealing, probable fraud. AVOID. read more

Trust the other reviews as they're terrible for a reason. I have gone to this Drs office for years and never experienced such a lack of competence and just overall rude nastiness. I had a Telehealth visit with Kimberly Bysheim to get a handicapped parking permit because I suffered multiple fractures and surgeries on my leg and have developed a degenerative joint disease and been struggling to walk for over a year and it will continue to get worse. While that's already enough to cope with Kim told me over the TELEHEALTH visit where should could not see my legs at all that I "look like I walk fine" proceeded to laugh at me while asking how far I can walk. I've never felt so disrespected embarrassed and just shocked as I'm already struggling to cope with numerous injuries and surgeries at a very young age. I do not "walk just fine" as she said. I struggle with extreme pain and instability with every step to the point where strangers ask me why I walk weird. She proceeded to hang up on me so I called the office to speak to management turns out they wanted to reach me to let me know I'm being discharged from their practice for "abusing the staff" I did call her a f**ing b*tch which I shouldn't have but when someone is laughing at you and acting like your disability is made up in a setting that's supposed to be professional and validating is so disheartening. Im glad they discharged me because maybe now I can find a primary care where they actually know how to do their job and not be disrespectful. This office does everything they can to get you back in the door. Go in for a wellness check, tell them something is wrong, and they ask you to make another appointment as their protocol doesn't allow for discussing anything beyond their wellness chart. They refuse to call in prescription refills, and when they say they will it rarely happens. More than once my family has had to visit Urgent Care due to misdiagnosis or lack there of any diagnosis. Odd co-pay setup.. as they pretty much try to charge the full price even with insurance. Phone calls to my insurance company confirmed that they are to only be charging the co-pay. I've had one single good experience here, and that was with a team member who is no longer with them. Appears to be a revolving door of nurses who flat out don't care about your well being. I sprained my ankle pretty badly in the past and they couldn't get me in for three weeks. Went to urgent care and was dumb enough to make follow up appointments here afterwords. Find a better primary care. If you must come here, don't forget your checkbook! read more

Manager or owner of the office, kim, only care is about money or power whatever you name... she could cancel appointments in the last min or humiliate patients to cancel the appointment even though it was her office's mistakes... there are so many kind doctors out there. why not get quality service with respect for doctors...still pay the same money/price read more
