My mother was taking to the Emergency Department per her wound care Dr. Calvert E.D. never…read moreexamined her or bothered to look at her wound. After waiting there for several hours, we decided that another hospital was a better option. Took her to St Mary's Hospital and within a few hours she was seen by the on call DR; admitted; bloodwork; EKG and 2 CT Scans. After reviewing the wound a surgeon was called for a consult. Surgery was discussed because of the wound size but with her age/BP/Oxygen, he decided to pack the wound with antibiotic packing. The wound was 3 cm deep! After 10 days in St Mary's Hospital she was transferred to Solomons Rehabilitation. Calvert Hospital you need to do better and focus on all patients and their needs. I know the staff is probably overworked and underpaid, but when the hospital has fundraisers and tickets over $500 they can find ways to help the ones who do not have their names on the wall!

After checking in was sent in to see the tech to have the ultrasound performed. Than I met with the nurse. Everyone was so understanding and listened to my story and putting this off for years but was ready if they could help. Dr. Sbrocco came in and talked to me. He assured me they can help with my concerns and make help me. I left with future appointments and was so happy to have this done! I cannot recommend this office enough. They would get a 10 from me and not just 5 STARS!! Don't put it off if you are thinking about having this done for yourself!! Donna M

Quite possible the worst customer service. Kim acts like the most uncaring person who hates her…read morejob. She should not be in healthcare. Normally, a doctors office collects any amount due at the time of service. Suddenly, you will get an email with a threat for collections and immediate demand for payment with no invoice, proof or details. Received nothing in the mail. This could be violating fair debt collection practices. Try calling them... no one ever answers, and you get a outgoing message threatening you a fee for late cancellations charges if under 48 hours. You just have to listen to the message and hear this is an uncaring, unprofessional doctor. So glad I have a new primary care!!!!!! See attached collection email. Does not even have my name addressed to it "dear patient/parent/guardian" when you go to the website it allows you to pay them but you still can't look up your account to see what the charges are. They just ask you to tell them why you are sending money. POSSIBLE LEGAL VIOLATION of Fair Debt Collections. STAY AWAY!!!!

I had a Telehealth visit with Kimberly Bysheim to get a handicapped parking permit because I suffered multiple fractures and surgeries on my leg and have developed a degenerative joint disease and been struggling to walk for over a year and it will continue to get worse. While that's already enough to cope with Kim told me over the TELEHEALTH visit where should could not see my legs at all that I "look like I walk fine" proceeded to laugh at me while asking how far I can walk. I've never felt so disrespected embarrassed and just shocked as I'm already struggling to cope with numerous injuries and surgeries at a very young age. I do not "walk just fine" as she said. I struggle with extreme pain and instability with every step to the point where strangers ask me why I walk weird. She proceeded to hang up on me so I called the office to speak to management turns out they wanted to reach me to let me know I'm being discharged from their practice for "abusing the staff" I did call her a f**ing b*tch which I shouldn't have but when someone is laughing at you and acting like your disability is made up in a setting that's supposed to be professional and validating is so disheartening. Im glad they discharged me because maybe now I can find a primary care where they actually know how to do their job and not be disrespectful. Thank you bayside primary care for making an already awful situation even worse.
