After checking in was sent in to see the tech to have the ultrasound performed. Than I met with the nurse. Everyone was so understanding and listened to my story and putting this off for years but was ready if they could help. Dr. Sbrocco came in and talked to me. He assured me they can help with my concerns and make help me. I left with future appointments and was so happy to have this done! I cannot recommend this office enough. Normally, a doctors office collects any amount due at the time of service. Suddenly, you will get an email with a threat for collections and immediate demand for payment with no invoice, proof or details. Received nothing in the mail. This could be violating fair debt collection practices. Try calling them... no one ever answers, and you get a outgoing message threatening you a fee for late cancellations charges if under 48 hours. You just have to listen to the message and hear this is an uncaring, unprofessional doctor. So glad I have a new primary care!!!!!! See attached collection email. Does not even have my name addressed to it "dear patient/parent/guardian" when you go to the website it allows you to pay them but you still can't look up your account to see what the charges are. They just ask you to tell them why you are sending money. POSSIBLE LEGAL VIOLATION of Fair Debt Collections. STAY AWAY!!!!

First, I had to educate the business office of this place on co-pays and deductibles. They were…read moreinitially charging me the full price until my deductible was met. That isn't how insurance works, my co-pay is what is owed for primary care. So we had to call my insurance and have member services educate their office manager. Who knows how many other people they attempt to scam like this. Secondly. I was sick, come in and see a nurse and she writes my sickness off as a "viral" infection. I call 3 days later feeling worse and they refuse to call me in antibiotics regardless of virulent sputum and symptoms of a bacterial infection. They state I would need to take off work and come in to see them again. They're just chomping at the bit trying to get my money and time. Most other doctors would initially have prescribed antibiotics with the symptoms I had, and especially would've called in antibiotics for me. Terrible practice, terrible patient consideration, shady business dealing, probable fraud. AVOID.
