Suddenly, you will get an email with a threat for collections and immediate demand for payment with no invoice, proof or details. Received nothing in the mail. This could be violating fair debt collection practices. Try calling them... no one ever answers, and you get a outgoing message threatening you a fee for late cancellations charges if under 48 hours. You just have to listen to the message and hear this is an uncaring, unprofessional doctor. So glad I have a new primary care!!!!!! See attached collection email. Does not even have my name addressed to it "dear patient/parent/guardian" when you go to the website it allows you to pay them but you still can't look up your account to see what the charges are. That isn't how insurance works, my co-pay is what is owed for primary care. So we had to call my insurance and have member services educate their office manager. Who knows how many other people they attempt to scam like this. Secondly. I was sick, come in and see a nurse and she writes my sickness off as a "viral" infection. I call 3 days later feeling worse and they refuse to call me in antibiotics regardless of virulent sputum and symptoms of a bacterial infection. They state I would need to take off work and come in to see them again. They're just chomping at the bit trying to get my money and time. Most other doctors would initially have prescribed antibiotics with the symptoms I had, and especially would've called in antibiotics for me. Terrible practice, terrible patient consideration, shady business dealing, probable fraud. AVOID.

My boyfriend dislocated his shoulder on the job and was taken by ambulance to the ER. He was in…read moreagony. Sadie, his nurse, made us feel looked after. They got him into a very nice ER room quickly. A doctor came pretty quick and she got him some pain meds and ordered X-rays. They did the X-rays in the room. Then they put in an IV for more pain medication. They assembled a crack team to get it back in place, They took another X-ray to make sure it was right and then pretty quickly released him. Wouldn't wish a dislocated shoulder on my worst enemy, but the staff at the hospital really made it easier to get through. It's our third ER experience here and we think the health center does a great job.
