Paying off a loan through them was a nervous endeavor, the woman I made transactions always seem to make a mistake halfway through a transaction, could never answer the simplest of questions and didn't seem to be paying attention every time I dealt with her as I had to constantly repeat myself. I cringed having to give these people money and am over the moon happy to be done doing business with the Saint John N.B branch.

DO NOT GO TO THE NORTH-END RBC; i went into rbc to make a bank account and was sat with someone…read morewithin 15 mins, the problem was the guys i was sat with was super rude and acted as if i was inconveniencing him. he asked for my I.D so he could start the bank account process, so i handed it to him.. when he was done looking at it and typeing in my info he tossed it at me like i wasn't a person, and i had to pick it up myself off the floor. he didnt say sorry or even bat an eyelash. so i got really angry and stormed out. i went to the rbc bank uptown and had a wonderful time and got my bank account set up in a matter of 15 mins.
