They wont give you the brace till its fully paid for and I have had it in my possession since november because I paid what I owed, but now they're trying to bill me over $1200. The lady i spoke with after sending them a statement that i would not be responsible and they needed to call the insurance and fix it, i apologised for my frustration and then she wanted to hand me off to someone else while i was in the middle of speaking and explaining what i was told. My appointment was back in October mind you when my insurance was ran for it and they didnt get a response from insurance till February 4! Crazy that its all the sudden my problem because they messedup. I'm definitely not coming back here for anything else in the future.

I've been wearing Good Feet inserts for 25 years, my husband & now adult daughters close to 20 yrs…read more(they were pre-teens when they first started w/inserts). I was introduced to these first in Dallas while on a biz trip, brought them to Columbus OH and continue here in Orlando. They work - but you must follow the directions and build up tolerance/stamina to wear these all day, every day. Yes, they can hurt in the beginning but they're kind of like going to therapy. It takes time and it can be uncomfortable. They support my uber high arches, keep my legs aligned, my knees from bowing, and my back from hurting. It's all connected! Each set has lasted me a lot of years and I probably wear them way beyond their recommended life span - oh well. Can't live without them. Good luck - and follow the directions.

The Good Feet Store's shoe inserts made my feet pain ten times worse! The first time I wore them to…read morework, a little more than half into my shift I was begging my boss to let me go home - not only was the pain in my heels unbearable but my calf muscles in both legs were in agony. That has never happened to me in my entire life. My coworkers helped carry me to my car because it was too painful for me to walk. My girlfriend looked at the products The Good Feet store recommended and sold me and she was incensed. She noted the the cushion the salesman installed were very thin and the inserts were just plastic and no cushion; it was like I was stepping on hard cement. These "Maintainers" that the salesman said I wear for my work shift (8 hours) do not support the arch AT All! They flattened out with each step exacerbating whatever pain existed ten fold. I had to miss more days of work and two days later my feet and heels and calf muscles are still giving me terrible pain. Those $20 inserts you can buy at Walmart NEVER did this to me. I am sitting here fuming that I spent $1,700 at The Good Feet store, feeling that I was scammed - or worse, pranked maliciously to inflict further pain and injury to me. My next course of action is to file a complaint on BBB, and submit negative reviews on every platform that exists in the hopes that this never happens to anyone else. After learning my job employs over 30,000 workers the salesman asked if there was any way to promote The Good Feet store because my job holds annual health fairs where providers (that work with our insurance) set up info tables, offering business cards and free gifts. Not in a million years, Mr. Salesman, would I recommend The Good Feet store. Indeed, the damage has been done. As I passed security and dropped to the ground because I couldn't go another step, they asked what happened to me. After I told them, several security informed me they had thought about going to the Good Feet store since they stand in the same spot for 10 hours and have sore feet as a result. But after seeing me and the state I was in they will never go to the Good Feet store. I implored them to tell as many workers as they can, and have workers tell more and more workers, and then beyond their place of employment to warn family and friends, and yes, to people who are unliked - the Good Feet Store's products would be considered cruel and unusual punishment. Now I have an appointment with a podiatrist in four days and they want me to bring in the $1,700 inserts from the Good Feet Store to examine them. I will post an update with the podiatrist's findings. ***Photo added*** I uploaded a photo showing the difference between the two cushions: the left cushion provided by the salesman at the Good Feet Store and the cushion on the right that was in my shoe when I entered the store. As you can see the Good Feet cushion on the left is very thin, offering no shock absorption for the heel for each footstep - that thin cushion is on top of the Good Feet Store insert. The salesman made such a theatrical production when he ripped out the thick cushion that was originally in my shoes saying they were worthless and was about to throw them away. I told him I paid for those at Walmart and I'm keeping them. In my opinion, I consider the name of the store, "Good Feet," a misnomer and should treated with the same level of mistrust a customer would have for a used car lot called "Honest John," or the suspicion usually reserved for a snake oil salesman peddling a cure-all tonic.

I'm very disappointed with this company which my work has contracted to provide medical devices…read moreFirst of all, Carlos who was assigned to my case to provide me with my medical devices for workers comp, hy CD e lies all the time. The first device he arranged to get for me was a rollator. The item was delivered out of a box on a rainy day. I told him I want a new item that's in the box that I have to unbox. The wheels were crisscrossing, but he refused to return and exchanged it. He then tells me that it needs to be opened and assembled, that's why it wasn't in a box, which is a lie. After a few months and my complaint, he had ordered another rollator, and when it arrived in a box, the rollator is in a plastic bag all assembled and in a box. This shows he lied. Next item, was the mobility scooter, he doesn't like to return and exchange even if it's under warranty within 30 days for returns and exchange. Then the next item was the lift for the mobility scooter, wherein a piece of plastic fell out and there were grease marks on the lift and the plastic bag. And also, that wasn't the right one. He refused to return the item. Next was the heating pad and the cervical pillow, which my doctor ask that I check around to find the right one for my neck and shoulder problems. So I was checking reviews and decided which one I wanted. I sent the names and pictures of both. The names were in bold letters and underlined, and I specifically told him he needs to get the full name of the pillow. He got the same brands for both items but not the right model, not the same as the picture I sent nor the the same name of the model. Once again, he refused to exchange the items. I'm sick of dealing with him and his lies. He would also have Ease Medical and ATF Medical get these devices and end up charging 3,000.00 more for the scooter. They cheat their clients. I hope no one use these companies. They deserve any stars.
