The gates are constantly broken and left wide open, making the entire property accessible to anyone. At this point, there is absolutely no difference between this complex and an open public street. Any stranger, thief, trespasser, or unleashed animal can walk in without any restriction. What's even more alarming is that there have already been incidents involving stolen vehicles, yet management still hasn't taken permanent action to improve security. The condition of the property is equally unacceptable. Hallways and common areas are neglected for months at a time. Residents have repeatedly reported disgusting conditions, including dirt, debris, and even worms in the corridors. No one should be paying premium Miami rent prices to live in these conditions. The most frustrating part is the complete lack of urgency from management. Residents are forced to complain about the exact same problems over and over again, while nothing changes. Families with children should not have to worry about strangers walking around the property, broken gates, unsafe conditions, and unsanitary common areas. We are paying thousands of dollars every month, not to live in a poorly maintained property with zero accountability. This is not luxury living. This is not a secure community. This is a serious management failure. I would strongly advise anyone considering moving here to think twice before signing a lease. Beautiful palm trees and nice buildings mean absolutely nothing when basic safety, cleanliness, and resident well-being are continuously ignored.

i currently live in aliro apartments since may 1st 2026, wheni applied to the unit it was supposed…read moreto be new and remodeled however the more i clean the unit the more digusted i become! everytime, i clean the shower the tub and walls it reveals that they rushed and painted over everything and nothing is actually "new" or "remodeled". all of the kitchen cabinet knobs are extremely rusty, the wood panel floors are jacked up and everythiing that was silver and rusted, white and dirty is now painted over with new paint that is now starting to peel (beacuse i love to keep a clean space). the front of building 14020 looks like the projects and the butterfly access system is pointless because the doors on 14020 does not shut on their own the front gate is always broken as well, i moved here because i thought it was a high security bulding with these stems but anyone could easily access the property and the floors. my bathroom- the grout was painted over and as i clean it becomes more disgusting , it reveals brown stains, chipped wall tiles , the caulking is staritng to lift after hot showers, the bathroom mirror is not luxrious at all, its chipped and does not fit the aesthetic its literally something out of a project bathroom, the door hinges was painted over and the more we open and close it , the paint is peeling and revealing rust everywhere. the sliding door was really disgusting as well with lots of dog hair in the cracks when you slide it open the kitchen- kitchen cabinet handles super rusty, dishwasher very smelly and dirty , mostly everythign drenched in white paint that will enventually start peeling front door- peeling brown paint after the first month along with other doors in the hallway closet- its a walk in closet with very cheap shelves , were afraid to hang things or put anything in the closet shelves because they are falling apart. i feel like ive been scammed , everything is painted nice , the unit isnt throughly cleaned and remodeled as it should have been, it almost feels like the tenants before me movedout and they rushed to work on the unit the day of our move in, because when we went up to see it maintenenace was finishing "painting" which i found odd , everything seemed fined the first few days until you actaully get a really good look at the unit after you start cleaning im mostly dissapointed because i was looking for luxury but this is quickly turning into a nightmare i did not expect. while i wasnt expecting perfection i was looking for some luxury as its labeled but this is not that i want to move out but i know how the process is.....screams

I understand there are rules, and I'm glad I read up on them prior to my moving in. Example is the parking is says you cannot back in and people get mad when they back in in the car gets towed. Living here comes with mixed feelings. I live in one of the townhouses, and the home itself is…read moregreat (despite the occasional silverfish). It's cozy, relatively new, and the rooms are very well laid out. It's honestly difficult to find something like this in Miami. The location is also great, with easy access to many different areas of Miami in a relatively short amount of time, and the view from the pool is amazing. We've also made some really good friends here, which has definitely been one of the best parts of living in the community. Unfortunately, after the change in management, the overall care of the community seemed to decline. Lately, however, it does feel like they are slowly trying to turn things around. Hiring Rodrick in maintenance has made a huge difference. He actually cares, is responsible, follows up, and keeps residents informed about what is being done. The maintenance team used to be excellent, then there was a noticeable decline, and now with Rodrick it finally feels like that issue is being addressed. Leslie also seems genuinely engaged in solving residents' problems, and John at the concierge is always incredibly friendly and helpful. That said, there are still some serious issues that need to be addressed. Dog poop is constantly left around the community because some pet owners simply don't clean up after their dogs, and some residents even let their dogs walk around without a leash. The previous management used to issue fines for these kinds of violations, and it actually helped keep the community cleaner and more organized. Apparently, those fines are no longer being enforced, and the problem has gotten noticeably worse. At this point, I honestly don't think this will change until management starts issuing fines again and actually enforcing the rules. Another major problem is speeding. Some people drive way too fast through the community, and the signage doesn't help. The 10 mph speed limit signs are extremely small and only placed in a few areas throughout the property. There are also intersections where there should clearly be stop signs, but there aren't any. On top of that, there are no speed bumps, which I believe would make a huge difference in getting drivers to actually slow down. This is supposed to be a walkable residential community, but unfortunately it can feel unsafe, especially with families and children walking around. Better signage, speed bumps, and enforcement are definitely needed. Security is also a concern. The gates are frequently broken, and even when they are working, they take so long to close after a car enters that people who don't live here can easily get inside. We have seen outsiders entering the community just to use the pool. It's uncomfortable knowing that people you don't recognize, who don't live here and shouldn't have access to the property, can simply walk in and use the amenities. There is a lot to like about living here. The townhouses themselves are great, we've met some wonderful people, and some of the recent staff changes have definitely been positive. But management still needs to take these basic issues more seriously, particularly cleanliness, speeding, rule enforcement, and security. Increasing the number of security cameras throughout the community would also help.

I strongly advise avoiding The Shoreline at SoLé Mia. When I moved out, I specifically requested a…read moreproper inspection of my apartment -- but management never did one. Instead, they later sent me a list of nonsense "damage fees" for things I never caused, many of which are just normal wear and tear any honest landlord should expect. To make things worse, they even sent my case to collections, trying to damage my credit score over these bogus charges. On top of that, their so-called "free month rent" offer is a trap. In reality, almost every renter is forced to pay the equivalent of one month's rent to an outside company called TheGuarantors. That company does not protect tenants -- it exists only to collect money from new renters while shielding the landlord. Bottom line: Avoid renting here. You'll be tricked with hidden guarantor fees, slapped with move-out "damage" charges for normal wear and tear, and even risk having your credit score ruined.
