Car was works great !! The people are awesome!!! My only problem is the entrance!! It's too steep!! Knocked a hole in my intercooler trying to get in/out of the car wash entrance . I would wash my truck at least 3-4 time ls a week never have any problems ... maybe they can use some air compressors that comes in handy

This car wash is continuing to charge my debit card though I have requested multiple times for it to be discontinued in person at the car wash itself. I now guess I will cancel my debit card in order to stop these charges. Do not spend money here and definitely don't do the monthly package unless you plan on keeping it for life as they will not honor a request to cancel it. Update to my previous post. I literally had to change my debit card today in order to stop the charges. Sad that a place of business can not return a email, message, or answer the phone for paying customers. I will never use this place again and I suggest if you do do not do the monthly payment as it is impossible to cancel once they get access to your account. read more

ripped my mirror off of my truck. continue to try to contact them, voicemail is full. kid working there checked on me after which was kind, but didn't know what to do to proceed to replace it. literally used dog leashes i had in my truck to hold it on to get back to work and day 2 still trying to contact them driving back to work an hour away with dog leashes holding up my mirror (wire was the only thing connecting mirror to truck) totally snapped off and broke connectors to truck, the worked verified that day. read more

This car wash has been charging my debit card Twice a month for four months now. No one ever answers the phone and the voicemail is always full. I have to cancel my debit card and challenge the over charges to get my money back. I wouldn't spend a penny here knowing they are crooked and don't give a crap about customers. they deserve to go out of business and quickly. if you use the monthly service check your bank statements and see if they are double charging you as well. The service here is absolutely terrible. I paid for the cheap wash at seven dollars, which I've been to a lot and most of them are a little bit cheaper than that, but that's fine. Upon pulling in to drive onto the track, they're cleaning out the car wash, they're cleaning the drainage system, scooping out all the mud and grime, and I'm just sitting there waiting for them to finish. This is something that you do at the end of the day, or at the end of the shift, not during a time around lunchtime or 1 o'clock. They don't give two craps about your car being clean. They scrubbed about a quarter of my windshield, and the backside of my car is completely filthy. I've also never been to a car wash, where they use brushes to scrub your entire car, and that royally pissed me off. But before they scrubbed my car, they made sure to scrub my wheels then carry-on to scrub the rest of my car. The dryer is semi-OK, but it barely got any of the water off my vehicle. The suds, they smell nice, but getting out of the vehicle pulling into the lane to get my car vacuumed a lot of the hoses are hanging down, so I had to maneuver around them just to park. This is without a doubt the worst car wash I've been to. I travel a lot, and when I'm in town for a couple weeks, I normally stick to one car wash. I would rather drive 20 miles away to get my car washed, then to come back here again. This just goes to show, that the people working here do not care about the customer. read more

Do NOT use this car wash unless you are willing to risk damage to your vehicle. June 30th I took my brand new 2020 F250 in for a quick wash. After going thru automated car wash I noticed scratches down both sides of my new truck. I approached 2 guys that were working there and they said this happens sometimes due to improper adjustment and/or dirt/rock on brushes. I had no idea when I put $20 bill into the bill collector and chose my $7 wash that I would not get change back. I received a $13 credit slip. I put it in my wallet and recieved my wash. They did an excellent job of washing car, but had no idea that I would lose the credit slip. That was a very Exspensive wash as it turned out. I am positive that I am not the only person that this has happened to. They have quite a rack going on here. Very profitable I must say. I hate this carwash. I do not care if I have to wash car with a toothbrush from now on. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. It is the best car wash I have been to. It is clean, the people are friendly, and the resolve problems quickly. Sometimes the give away free car washes too. Place is very well maintained. Not many employee parking spaces but the establishment is easily visible from the road and very well maintained. read more
