Cleanest body shop I've ever been in. Great customer service. Kept me updated by email where they were in the process. It was ready on the day they told me it would be ready. Very helpful and pleasant receptionist at the front desk. My car was cleaner than the way I dropped it off. I had a metal Texas Ex Alumni decal on the part of the care being fixed they took it off and put it back where it was after they fixed my car. Awesome. read more

The absolute WORST experience. If you want things done right and in a REASONABLE amount of time, do not go here. We had damage from the hurricane and got a quote from C&P BEFORE we even scheduled an appointment. We were told $6k for the estimate. Then sent everything to our insurance, made an appointment for AUGUST and my car sat there until DECEMBER!!! The completely took the car apart without telling us, refused to put it back together and give it back when it had been there for two months already without anything done. Our insurance kept calling without response from C&P except that they made new estimates. They racked up the bill to almost $15k... for exterior damage only. I had to call every week almost to see what was going on because they would say one thing and someone else in the shop would say different. I showed up in person probably 5 times. When I picked it up in December, they STILL were missing a piece. I called for three weeks after just to get that piece back that was maybe 5 in long... then I realized they removed my tinting on windows with absolutely NO damage. Had to go make an appointment with a printing business. So since Aug 15 til now, my car is still not complete. Hoping this saves others from going through the complete BS we had to. Please understand I visited C&P for an estimate based on the reviews. Given the circumstances of my experience, I offer my review in a constructive manner. I stopped in for an estimate at 12:15 pm on a weekday and was told all were at lunch 12-1. Okay, not the best business practice since some customers only have their lunch hour to conduct business. I returned at 2:15pm the same day & the estimator was outside with another customer. However, I received no acknowledgment from him that I was next, no "be right with you", not even a " hello" or a nod. Subsequently I left after 15-20 minutes. I returned two days later at 2:00 pm and was told someone would be right with me, he was making phone calls. Twenty five minutes of waiting in the waiting room later I decided to leave. For this reason, the level of non existent customer service I must give only one star. read more

I was rear ended and had to take my vehicle to them. They repaired my truck, it looks brand new, plus, they washed and vacuumed my vehicle. Very nice and helpful. read more

I came to Chris & Phil's Body shop with some slight fender damage that was causing a weird noise and eating away at my tires. I couldn't afford to repair the damage at that moment so they were able to pull out my fender enough to stop the noise and damage to my tire. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't really need or add on any unnecessary charges. This body shop has a lot of integrity, great customer service and they are genuinely good people. I appreciate them helping me and would definitely recommend this shop. read more

They repaired my 2015 Impala. USAA preferred and did great work. They had a long wait time but so did everyone. You can also drop off your Enterprise rental with them and they take it to the rental place! read more

I am terribly disappointed in their customer service!! I can't yet review their work because I have been waiting over three weeks to hear back from them on ordering a part. I was told they would call me in two or three days. I have left voicemails and messages with the receptionist and as of yet have not gotten a call back. I had always heard good things about this body shop but am not having a good experience. Hopefully today I will get a call back and the rest of this process will be better. read more

I would give them ZERO stars if I could. If you want to save Money, Time, and all your hairs do not go here! I was unfortunate to drop my vehicle off here, with a damaged front bumper, broken lights/fog lights, and two damaged front wheels. Easy fix right? More than 3 months later, they tell us we some how damaged the alternator, whenever the (Hyundai Elantra,) still turned on right after the crash and still did on our driveway a week after the wreck. Now, I have to tow it away from the shop with two damaged fog lights that they could not replace because they were returning the car to it's "previous conditions or better." They did not even take the time to swap out the donut tire with the new wheel and tire! Horrible service, the only time the service will be if any good is when you are signing the paper/documents and leaving them your keys. Every time I drove to the shop to get an update, just because they would NEVER call me back, you can hear the employees arguing in the back. I can keep this review going on for ages on how pathetic their service really is. All they want is money, they do not think twice about customer satisfaction. I would have been better off fixing the car myself than at phil and chris's body shop. read more

I heard that Chris and Phils were the best in our area so when I got into an accident there was no question in my mind who I would take my vehicle to. Everything seemed to be fine, I was in an accident on November 15th and they towed my car there on November 17th. When I talked with the estimator a week and a half later he said that everything was fine and my car would be ready on December 10th. That was fine with me, i knew it was a large job and I was in a nice Mustang for my rental so I was fine! Dec 9th came around and I called the shop, the estimator said the target date is set for December 15th, I was still okay with it, my insurance covers 30 days for my rental so that was okay. December 14th rolled around and what do you know, my target date was now set for December 23rd! Not only was my car not finished, they had not even BEGAN the work!! Now I am getting upset because my rental is coming out of my pocket and at $30 per day that is not fun! December 22nd came around and Nope, still not ready! Now the estimator says they are waiting on parts and it should be ready Jan 2nd...I am upset and ask him what the hell is going on, he gives me the excuse that it is a "big job" that will require 70 man hours...yet the work had not even begun. He says that he will try to help me with the rental but never calls me back. When I call in on December 30th, he says that they are going to put me into a rental and pay for it...the only good thing coming out of this. My car is still set to be ready on the 2nd but when I go to the shop to look at it, it was in a million pieces and not even being worked on! Jan 2nd the estimator calls me and says that he is not leaving the shop that night until my vehicle is finished and for me to come up there at 6:30 to pick it up. I got into my rental at 6:20 and on the way the estimator calls me to say that the alignment is messed up and they will have to "try again on Monday". Today is January 16th and I still dont have my car, I called the shop and the front desk lady said my car is going to be ready today so we will see. 61 days, $450 in rental, $500 for deductible and 1000 headaches later...I really would not recommend this body shop read more

I have had several cars in Chris and Phils over the years. And although it has not always been a "perfect" experience - they have always made good. I know the family who owns the shop and besides being really good at what they do, they are great people who give back to the community. read more

My grand daughter is 18yrs old and went to this place to get her fender and bumper fixed. They told her $756. Two weeks later they want to charge her over $1,000 saying they had extra costs. When she complained they dropped it to $855 for the bumper only, then said that she needed the fender before they could install the bumper. They are giving her the run around, changing their prices from what was agreed to in the beginning. Now they say they do not have the original agreement. I would not trust this place at all. Don't go there!!! read more
