Pathetic comes to mind. Other words like trustworthiness, dependability, customer service, reliability, and honesty; keep coming to mind also. Mistaking "Christian" in the name was my mistake. Christians honor those words like they are part of scripture. Being a partly disabled senior that depends on dependable transportation, I placed myself into a dire financial situation, going into debt, and now have my dependable means of transportation sitting out there in the drive because of incompetent people who told me to drive it until it breaks being the only means of having it properly repaired. Sound very asinine to me. Three times it was "Check out" and three times returned without being repaired or even reasonably diagnosed. Noticing my distress and anxiety, my Preacher asked what was going on? After explaining the difficulties I was having with CB and my truck, he suggested the shift linkage was the problem. After church, he and I did several tests, the same I did in front of the CB manager, and he pointed out exactly what was happening and not happening with the transmission. To get confirmation, I did some research on the internet, and yes, the symptoms described for the shift linkage are exactly as what has been the issue all along with my truck. Word of mouth is the best form of advertisement. And I have a very BIG MOUTH and I am shouting very loudly to everyone to "keep clear of Christian brothers." All the more reliable shops around town have waiting list of days or even over a week. That was one reason for my error in judgement in the first place; I couldn't get into the shop I normally use so since CB had no waiting and I needed my truck to get around I hurriedly made a grave and costly mistake it seems. Sadly we are now living in such an environment where trustworthy, competent, and honorable businesses are getting hard find, and those that are still out there that do still have those qualities have so much business it is hard to get an appointments to get in.

He would charge you for it. This happened on numerous occasions. This is because I trusted this shop. I have proof of this from other mechanics I used. Sometimes my vehicle would sit at his shop for days until I call him. He would tell me to pick it up the next. I would pay him and a few days later I was back at his shop for the same repair. This happened often because I thought he could be trusted. Now I know. I will never use Tri City Auto again. NEVER.

We looked at a few other dealers in the area but never got any attention or couldn't schedule a good appointment since I live out of town. We called ahead and scheduled a meeting with Reagan Martin to meet with a sales rep. When we got there our rep was waiting outside for us and knew immediately where to take us. After a quick spin around the block we knew we had the right car. The owner, Gary, even stopped by making rounds on the sales floor to meet his customers...how cool is that? Our rep got the car in to be detailed right away so that my mom could drive off once the paperwork was done. They even had an insurance agent on site to help with that aspect right away. I think the best part of Leo Martin Chevrolet is that there is actually a member of the Martin family at the dealership almost all the time. Midas improperly installed my driver side front wheel and caused the studs to break off while…read moredriving and the wheel started wobbling on our road trip in the middle of the night. This issue could have seriously injured my family and I, but luckily where are all okay. If you value you and your family's safety, do not take your vehicle to Midas. They do not have the proper procedures or people in place to ensure your parts are properly installed back onto your car. You would think that properly installing and torquing the lug nots on your wheels would be important. On 3/2/24, I took my truck into Midas to get my breaks changed out prior to a road trip. The owner and the store manager assured me that all of the work was guaranteed and that they would take care of me. On 3/8/24 at 10:30 pm in the middle of Mississippi, the front left driver wheel started wobbling and I immediately pulled over. Upon inspection, I identified that there was one broken and missing stud and there were three lug nuts that were loose. Luckily, we noticed the wheel wobbling before it completely came off and caused a serious wreck. Our truck was towed and taken to a local Ford dealership where they confirmed that the lug nuts were not properly torqued. This flipped our vacation upside down and caused 3 days of the vacation to be lost and thousands of dollars in expenses due to truck repairs, tow trucks, a rental car, hotel, and food expenses. During this whole situation, the Lake Jackson Midas manager was updated multiple times a day. I continued to ask to speak with the owner, but the owner never called and never asked if we were ok. This tells you that the owner does not value customers, but only money. The manager informed me that the Owner said that his insurance was going to cover all expenses and the situation, but I never got a call from the owner or the insurance company. There are plenty of other shops in Lake Jackson that would do a much better job than Midas and will keep you and your family safe. Do not take your vehicle to a place where the owner does not care about the safety of his customers.

These guys didn't even bat an eye, and HOPPED IN THE CAR TO COME TO WHERE I WAS! Now....I wouldn't expect that kind of service every time, but it's a gesture, in a critical.moment for me, that showed me not only that my patronage is valued, but that they are supreme human beings in a time when that just doesnt exist much anymore.
