I was heading back to my place after running around all morning and wanted to call to see if it was ready to save me another trip. When you call the main number, you have to speak your name so the call can be forwarded. This confused me the first two times, but finally I did it and held on. I was connected to the owner who was very nice and helpful. The number doesn't ring to the building. Fortunately he was on his way to the SLO location and said he would check when he got there. I was very close so decided to just go and only had to wait about 5 mins and it was ready. Lady who does it was very helpful and nice. They don't accept Apply Pay, but you can pay for the machines via an app if you are savvy with them. There are also machines to get money if not. It was wonderful to come home and get in dryer-warmed sweats to relax, not to mention having clean clothes for the rest of the trip. A good value, great service and easy parking in their lot.

It can get busy, and some machines do poop out - but even with that there has always been availability. I also like the fact that the owner is often on sight, making improvements or just the rounds. It shows a good level Of care and attention.

I was worried that since it was memorial Day weekend it would be packed, but I pulled in here at 11:30 and there was only one couple using the machines. I could've sworn that this place stated you can use Venmo and debit card to pay. I could not find that again. I was bummed because when I pulled into use my card, the machines do not take cards and it is quarters only I had to go up the block to the market and use the ATM. that being said, the machines are reasonable. A small load is $4 , A medium load is $6.50. The rounds are about 25 minutes. It's pleasant and I like that. There's nobody here! Me being a local I appreciate that there are no tourist lol! I do wish that they would update the machine so that we could use the Huebsch app then you can pay through the app and it goes to the machine.

The owner is also very nice. Located in a strip-mall with a yogurt shop, Subway store, Radio Shack, GNC, CVS, the Grocery Outlet, and the Dollar Tree, Burger King, and several restaurants nearby, customers can do some shopping while their laundry is being done. Parking is pretty good depending on the time and amount of patrons at any given time. The shopping center itself has plenty of parking spaces, nevertheless. There are also carts that can be taken outside of the facility for loading your laundry to and from your car. My wash always comes out clean and the prices seem reasonable for front-load washers. The dryers are large and can handle big loads of clothes at a reasonable price. This is my favorite laundromat in SLO county and the only one I use.

You'll find that it's much busier than before now that it's improved. Also, the students come here because apparently the laundromat on Broad that many of them used closed down. If you're going to come on the weekends, you better get here early or you'll be fighting to get your laundry in!!! If you can, do your laundry during the week. It's less busy. Oh and the coin machines work. There are signs posted on them (which from afar you'd think is an out of order sign) but it's actually a warning that if you're not there to do laundry and you try to skim quarters... they will call the police. LEGIT!!!
