Clean always, even the bathroom. The attendants are vigilant about keeping the place neat and tidy. The machines can be paid via the online internet payment system or by coins. The owner is also very nice. Located in a strip-mall with a yogurt shop, Subway store, Radio Shack, GNC, CVS, the Grocery Outlet, and the Dollar Tree, Burger King, and several restaurants nearby, customers can do some shopping while their laundry is being done. Parking is pretty good depending on the time and amount of patrons at any given time. The shopping center itself has plenty of parking spaces, nevertheless. There are also carts that can be taken outside of the facility for loading your laundry to and from your car. My wash always comes out clean and the prices seem reasonable for front-load washers. The dryers are large and can handle big loads of clothes at a reasonable price. This is my favorite laundromat in SLO county and the only one I use. read more

I don't understand why this business advertises the hours are 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.. I drove from Morro Bay and arrived at 7:35 p.m. to do a couple loads of blankets. Out of courtesy I checked in with the lady that was working just to let her know that I had blankets and it would be a quick wash and dry. I was denied service stating, "we are closed, last load is at 730pm". If you chose not to allow customers to use your services past 730pm, than anyone with any common sense would know that the hours are 7am-730pm. The lady working there wasn't rude, but very matter of fact and concrete. If you choose to work in customer service, you should be a bit more flexible. Very disappointing!! The fact that the owner responded in a timely manner speaks volumes therefore I've changed my rating of this business. Thank you for your attention in this matter, much appreciated! read more

Our 2 yr old washing machine took a dump. So until we could get the repair guy out we had to use the laundromat. Laundromats are pricey and this place was no different. But with inflating costs of utilities and water I get it. I did several loads of laundry and used the bigger machines. They were done fast and got my clothes really clean and smelling fresh. In fact, seems they cleaned better than my very expensive home laundry machines! The place is clean inside and the staff are all nice. Only complaint I have is a) tell patrons not to smoke outside the door! One old guy kept standing at the entrance smoking a cigarette and all the smoke wafted inside and stunk up the place. Not to mention your clean clothes reeked! And b) clean the washing machine drums thoroughly! One person left cat? hair inside one of the drums! Went back a few days later to do some wash and the SAME washing machine still had cat hair in it! So disgusting read more

Way overpriced. Cost me $20 for one 40# machine with light sleeping bag & 2 small loads of clothes because they nickel and dime you for every setting on wash and the dryers took forever while giving you maybe 4 min per quarter. If you want a cold wash on basic setting then you may get price on machine. But if you want a warm regular wash it goes up significantly. I can't say my clothes were particularly clean since some had stains left. They do have a good bathroom and requires a key, and attendant readily available. An old man crapped his pants and got n chair and she dropped what she was doing to clean it up and also broke my 20 down. I mistakenly thought I'd need ~$15. Wrong! read more

I found the prices representative of a university town. More expensive than otherwise. I paid $5.50 for a side loader wash machine and $1.25 to nearly dry a small load of clothes. Other factors are a clean and friendly Coin-Op. Long gone are my memories of $.50 top loader washers and dryers that were thorough. (circa 1987) read more

Headed over on a Tuesday at 430pm to do 4 loads of laundry. Parked right in front. Grabbed a laundry cart to bring my baskets & soap in. There were only a few other people at this time. The place was clean & well kept. The lady at the counter was friendly and kept busy doing the wash & fold as well as maintaining the place. There's a quarter machine but I noticed that they've added the ability to pay by an App called "Pay Range"! Super excited about this because I usually grab cash at the SESLOC ATM which is 8 out of 10 times out of order... end up at one of the stores having to make an unneeded purchase to get cash. They also have a full sized video machine that has PAC Man, Galaga, etc & if you're a kid from the 80s you KNOW what this means. A vending machine is available to purchase soap, downy, & dryer sheets as well as drinks. This place in a prime location and is super nice!!! read more

Disappointing customer service tonight. I've been coming to this laundromat for 10+ years and have never had a bad experience. Today my son and I came in with about 12 loads - cutting it close, but everything was in the dryer by 7:30 and we knew we'd have to take some home to finish folding. They close at 9:00. At ~8:50 the attendant heard me tell my son to start loading up, as I was shoving stuff into baskets. At 8:54, the attendant aggressively told me I needed to leave. My son grabbed another load, and I continued packing it up. I made the mistake of folding one towel, and the attendant told me I needed to stop folding now! We got all of our stuff out on time. But I walked back in at 8:58 and asked the attendant if I could get her name - as I wanted to be able to call and make sure she wasn't working the next time I come in. She said no, and when I commented that this was horrible Customer Service, she said she didn't care. There are plenty of laundromats in town, but this one was definitely my favorite before today. read more

The (small female) attendant did an excellent job de-escalating a (tall male) customer who was (wrongfully) convinced his clothes were stolen. And right after was kind to a disruptive (likely drugged out, also male and bigger than her) walk-in. Give this girl a raise (or some health insurance)! Super clean too. read more

I have been using this laundry for years before the new owners came along. Wow what an improvement they have made in such a short time. They have brought back staff who really care. The place is so much cleaner and the machine are being refreshed or replaced. Plus they added the ability to pay via an app. Can you say more more dirty quarters and trips to the bank to get cash? I love it. I look forward to seeing all the other plans they have for the place. read more
