I have approximately 40-50 trees on my property and I've used Bazetta at least 3-4 times over the past 10 years to trim my large pines and to remove damaged limbs and entire trees. They do have an arborist and he is extremely knowledgeable. He walks the entire property with me, can identify each variety of tree, and is very thorough and thoughtful on the services that he recommends. After several estimates from various tree services I met with the gentleman from Bazetta to remove a tree that was 40+ yrs and around 80 ft tall and as wide as my house. I was nervous since they were going to use an arborists not a crane. Well let me tell you ; all said and done you would never know I had a tree removed. They did one beautiful job from the stump grinder to the wood chipper to the crew that removed the tree. I was also afforded a few extra perks by the owner Dave. They were listed as arborists in the phone book, but they don't actually have an arborist. They just trim trees, remove them, and the like. Uh, that's called landscaping. Overlooking the false advertising, it's impossible to get a hold of these people. I started calling them TEN DAYS ago. I had to leave a message. It took them three days before they ever called me back. I missed it, and the one the following day when they tried again. Tried calling them back, but the phone kept ringing busy for almost an hour. I gave up and tried another day, and ended up having to leave them yet another message. Once again, they never bothered to return my call until multiple days had passed.
