Severe pain in morning and lots of discomfort all day long. Saw Dr. Joshua Faley today. His assistant Derrick showed me to room, took history and a couple of images. Dr. Faley was next. Listened to my issues before explaining his theory. Tenderness and pain due to inflammation in tendons. Fasciitis. Try a shot and some exercises. From the phone call to reception to staff and Dr. Faley and to check this was a flawless visit. ALL staff were polite, courteous, friendly, and smiling. I have to believe that this is not dumb luck. I went to Dr Mozen to make sure of that diagnosis since I had started to have symptoms again. He confirmed the diagnosis, told me it wasn't a bad case, and told me that I needed to renew the inserts every six months. I couldn't have asked for a more professional, knowledgeable and friendly podiatrist. Michele took X rays in the office and went over the results with me. Very thorough and she asked me questions along the way. The end result was nothing broken or fractured just a little inflammation and some good ole arthritis starting to set in. My symptoms are occasionally, not every day so I will keep using my ankle wrap, foot massager and the occasional Aleve as I discussed with Michele which she was pleased to hear how I was going about it.
