Not difficult paperwork and we were not new clients to this firm. However, we waited for 3 weeks, calling several times a week, but calls were not returned. One day, both my Mother and myself called twice, meaning 4 separate messages we left yet no call backs. I don't know if James didn't get the messages or he chose not to return our calls, but after 3 weeks we went to different law firm, Stuart & Branigin. The next week I set up an appointment with S&B and when I called BE to pick up a copy of the old will, suddenly my calls were returned and "the work paperwork has been completed".
