I am a veteran! This can make it hard to handle claims for injuries. I was in a car accident 2…read moreyears ago. I am not from Indiana, but was traveling there when hit by a drunk driver. Therefore all my claims were made online. I never saw Todd in person, but he called and emailed me often. He always responded quickly! The claim process was hard, but Todd took care of it perfectly. He made sure the claim was processed and the VA was handled. Any outside care I needed he worked with them too. I had a payout and Todd handled the checks, medical records, talking to the insurance companies, and treated my case with absolute care. Despite how much I was going to receive I knew he would take care of my case. Whether I was paid out tons of money or only a fraction he made sure to handle it well and professionally. It's important to have a lawyer even for the VA because they will want to be reimbursed. Many people don't realize this but all medical expenses need to be accounted for even through the VA. A lawyer is important who knows how to work the VA system. During the claims and judicial process I understood what was happening and felt like the process was easy for me since Todd did it all. I recommend Todd! Especially if you handle most of your injuries through the VA, tricare, geico, or progressive. He handles your case even through the phone as if you were in his office. I have no complaints with his services. Thank you, Todd for all the help!

I called WKW one evening & Emily Chimenti came to the hospital to meet me & discuss the possible case. She was so personable & helpful & right away made me feel I'd made the right decision to contact them. Emily & her assistant Sherrie Frydell, both worked diligently on my case, always keeping me informed of any updates. The case took about six months & I could not be more pleased! When Emily called me to say it's been settled & told me of my compensation, I cried on & off for an hour - so very thankful that I'm recovering well, & that I had Emily Chimenti as my attorney!

I paid a retainer (for more than my dad gets in one month's social security) at the very beginning of October. Jeff was hard to get in touch with at first, but he said he just moved so I understood he had a lot going on. Then we finally talked after almost two weeks and scheduled a follow up. It was a nightmare trying to get a phone call scheduled with him. He kept rescheduling and missing the follow up conversation, without any regard for my time while I was visiting my dad who was in a healthcare crisis. This was at the end of October and the Medicaid application deadline was by 11/1. I could not get in touch with him and I was in town visiting my dad for a week, needing to meet the deadline. On 10/21/25 I emailed Jeff and said I had to hire someone else to help me because we had gotten nowhere for weeks and the stress of trying to get him to work on my dad's application was just too much. I sent him an email, left a voicemail, texts. Jeff then texted me on 10/23 "As mentioned, there's more to this, please be patient". No response after that for over two months despite multiple requests for a refund for SERVICES NOT RENDERED. My dad missed the Medicaid filing deadline because Jeff was so hard to get in touch with. How can you charge a low-income elderly person who is in a healthcare crisis that much money and not work on their case at all? I wish I had googled him before hiring - turns out he's had this issue before with other clients. My patience has run out - we will be filing a complaint with the Indiana Bar Association and taking him to small claims court if my father doesn't receive a refund.
