The Ambrose salesman was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful in deciding upon the appropriate sized unit to meet our electric usage needs at a fair price. I was promptly provided with and given instructions on completing through email, all the appropriate forms needed to apply for an interest-free loan, forms to request an upgrade of my gas meter by National Grid, forms to ensure that my purchase was a capital improvement to avoid any sales tax, and the form to consummate a contract. The installers arrived on time on the agreed upon date and because we were within a period of self-quarantining and social distancing, they wore face masks and observed appropriate procedures throughout the installation process. They cleaned up after themselves upon completion of their work and explained to me how the entire system worked.
